Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cebu Metropolitan Area

It is a high floor corner room, and you can see the sea from every window!　The interior of the room was lovely, well cleaned, and it was a very comfortable stay. Sharon was happy to check in early, and welcomed us with a friendly smile and polite explanation. There are also delicious restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug stores nearby, and at night you can hear nice music from nearby resort hotels. It was a great time to stay here for a long time.I'll definitely be back!　Thank you very much.

My mom, friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Lee’s cozy unit for a month. We appreciate Lee’s communication throughout the whole process, along with his prompt responses to any of our inquiries during our stay. Conveniently located among many great restaurants, malls and coffee shops, the central location allowed us to go to different places with ease! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also quite convenient, as we were staying for quite some time. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Lee’s place if you’re looking for your next stay in the city!

We felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. The LG television we enjoyed the most because its 4k. We watched a lot of our favorite music videos and watched Netflix a lot 😅 the unit is in 5th floor so there’s quite a view from the bedroom. We tried the pool in the 28th floor and enjoyed it too. It was an indoor pool so I was able to enjoy swimming even if it’s around noon time. I liked that. The condo is inside Cebu IT Park which is walking distance to basically EVERYTHING! We liked it so much we almost considered moving there permanently! 😆 Thank you Annie for a stress-free, smooth overall experience and stay.

The location of the accommodation is in Newtown, so it was nice that there were many convenience stores, marts, restaurants, and cafes nearby! I was surprised that Newtown Beach was so well equipped. Above all, I think it was nice that the host was Korean. If I come to Cebu next time, I want to come back.

The place is simply amazing, nice view from balcony. My stay was very peaceful. Best place in lapu lapu. About the host and co-host, they are very responsive, they made sure that i am not facing any issues during my stay and they were proactively following up with me if anything required before and during my stay.

The hosts alone deserve 5 stars - checks up on you when you check in and is always responsive to questions. Had an issue with the sink and was solved promptly. Property has everything - fast wifi, TV with sound bar, and a work area. Will definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

This condo unit is perfectly located in ayala, we love the easy access to the mall. Great space, love the bathroom set up. Having a water dispenser is also a plus. The concierge and all staff in the building is very polite and we noticed the building is very well maintained. Will definitely recommend this place.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. Very satisfied. The host is friendly and clean. The location of the entrance to the village is not exactly coming out of Google, so it would be nice to adjust it a little bit.

Staying here was easy, the host was responsive and flexible with check-in. The pics were accurate. Good value and neighborhood had friendly gate guards. Nearby tricycle drivers are available. If you want to park your car, it is available for a small fee. The laundry was very useful and I was able to use the kitchen to use cook a few things. Place was a little hard to locate once inside the subdivision, especially at night. Would recommend this place to others. Thank you for the good stay.

We loved everything about our stay! Our host was very responsive, the owner stopped by with gifts, the chef was amazing and so helpful with local things to do, the gals on staff were absolutely lovely! Our food was delicious, the beds were comfortable and all the amenities were exactly as described. One of our friends lost a son 5 years ago and he had served with the Marines in the Philippines. Seeing the base from Ikigai was very healing for her. Thank you so much! We give the highest of recommendation!

This was the first time staying in Jann’z condo but I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Jann’z insured I was comfortable and didn’t have any problems. The unit was pristine it had everything I needed to be comfortable. I love staying in Sunvida Tower because of awesome staff and convenience to local services. I would recommend this particular condo to anyone.

There were many special touches; French Press coffee, ease at feedback and quick turnaround times. Best cooking devices of any place I’ve stayed in Cebu. The complex is growing, yet relatively quiet (normal locals blasting music, sometimes it’s quite good), fires burning at times, and truly the only times I closed windows for A/C over fan and awesome breezes (higher corner unit). The grounds have some places to eat near Towers 203-205, a 7-Eleven, spacious grounds, pool never too crowded (mornings-weekday). My tower’s 1st floor people sell larger weekly water, return for your deposit. No complaints!! Jhoana and Saekyung Phase 305 was the BEST!!

Willyn home is amazing. It is everything you need for a long term stay or short term. The location is best ideal for Lapu-Lapu area. Far enough from the traffic but close enough for a reasonable ride into Cebu City. It is the perfect balance for most people. It is great location to work from as well. She carries not 1 but 2 internet providers for extra coverage for any outage. Huge WIN. The condo is very clean. No issues, no ants nothing. I have stayed here quite a long time and never saw a bug. She takes extra care in keeping the condo clean and safe. Very responsive to any question you might have and will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.
