This tiny house is perfect for 2 but can accommodate 4 people(queen bed and pull out). Prime location in Emerald isle, which is within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and great restaurants. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fishing Paradise with kayak, Hottub, Pets welcome

Fishing and Relaxing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Beagle Cottage - 4 Bedroom home built in 2016

This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!
