Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cederberg Municipality

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The house offers a beautiful view of Hout bay Harbour and Beach. You can easily and safely walk down the street to the beach, to the main road. We stayed as a family with a 2 year old child and had a wonderful stay. The equipment in the house was sufficient. The location is quite windy but that is Cape Town and Hout bay. Carrie was a great host and offered all the help You need. Thanks again!

What a little or rather spacious jewel tucked away minutes from the hustle and bustle that is Cape Town! Here, one is steeped in a verdant paradise, hovering in a canopy above a babbling brook, where birds sing their songs and squirrels dance in the trees. Take a swim in the gorgeous outdoor pool, or use the well-appointed kitchen. The bathrooms evoke the feel of a spa. Or simply relax after a bout of sightseeing. This home has it all. Open and airy, indoors or out. And if things couldn’t get better, you have a consummate host, Alex, who is kind, gregarious, and eager to offer recommendations. This is our seventh trip to Cape Town and we would never consider staying at one of the city’s fine hotels, as long as have our way. As enticing as they seem, none offers the solitude that this tree top house has. Go far and wide, but we will always circle back to this little gem.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Madri’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Madri was always ready to help with any questions or recommendations we needed, making our stay so much smoother. A beautiful place which matched the AirBnB description. Hayley was our contact and was very helpful, it was lovely having her there to meet us at the property when we arrived and she provided great communication throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in August (winter, 8 days with 2 teenagers). The property is exactly as described and has everything you might need. The neighborhood feels safe and has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. It's a 3 minute walk to the ocean, 10 minute drive to the V&A and downtown, so a great location to explore Cape Town and surrounding areas. Jenny is an excellent host, friendly and quick to respond. Definitely recommend.

My expectations were high but the place blew my mind! Everything from the welcome to the messages to check in were waaay above my expectations. It also soothed the pain of not being able to compete in the triathlon given an injury picked up last week. Thanks VERY much Vernard! We'll be back!

WOW!!! Where do I start!? This is more than just accommodation. It’s an experience! From the minute we arrived I felt right at home. Warm welcoming, drinks on the porch while listening to the extensive history of the farm and structures we will be staying in and visiting. The chalet was stunning!( old renovated farm house ) Beautiful views and wildlife all around. The following morning we had a tour around the farm which was unbelievable. Steve is AWESOME!! I thoroughly enjoyed spending most of our day with him making missions and discovering new sights on the farm. I will most definitely be coming back. Thanks for the unforgettable experience.

Miriam's home blew us away. This gorgeous, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space feels like a holiday and a home, all wrapped into one. It is incredibly spacious, well-equipped for a sizeable group, and located in a high-end, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The infinity pool on the deck, the jacuzzi, and the beautiful little garden below were a few highlights of very many. Miriam is a kind and helpful host who made our stay as comfortable as possible. Our time here felt like a short-lived escape into paradise and we certainly hope to return. Thank you, Miriam!

This place is a gem. The pictures cannot capture the beauty of the peaceful surroundings and the beach which is on your doorstep. The house is very well equipped, elegantly decorated and perfect for a family holiday. Ilanè, our host, was very responsive. Will definitely return to this beautiful place in future.

Rouen was amazing, and I can highly recommend both him and his accommodation! It was an unusual situation — the entire city had no water, none at all. Even in the nearby shopping centers, there was no water to buy. In this challenging situation, Rouen really proved himself to be an outstanding host! He helped us wherever he could and was very accommodating. We couldn’t have imagined a better host in such circumstances. Highly recommended!

We had a peaceful couples getaway at JustBe Cabin 2. The views are incredible and the zebras, springbok, blue crane and a fox made a visit at the water nearby. This place was exactly what the description said it will be. The stars are absolutely amazing at night in the KolKol. Sandy was an excellent host, very responsive, friendly and proactive. She made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to couples who want to reconnect and get away from their busy life for a while.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

We stayed in the Wheat Cabin. The view was fantastic, the cabin well equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a great addition and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The cabin is private and the best break away from the hustle and bustle. Lida and Kobus were fantastic hosts and ensured that we had no shortcomings, including complimentary wine and homemade bread.We will be back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I must say, the photos simply do not do this place justice! The views were absolutely breathtaking and completely uninterrupted, offering a serene and private escape that exceeded all my expectations. We didn't see another soul until we got collected from the cottage at the end of our trip. Anso, was also an amazing host. She was incredibly responsive and had fantastic energy that made my stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We had such a nice stay at Kloof Cottage. It's a quiet and peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of the city into the mountains and stars. If you need a detox definitely recommend. The cottage has a rustic charm made from rock, and being off the grid. For anyone considering there is signal at the parking bay right of the house next to the tree. Also, hike up to Mountain Cabin 4x4 route nice if you want to challenge yourself and see some Zebra's. There was firelighters, lighter and all you need to braai. Just keep the door closed in case Larry the mongoose comes says hi. Birds and Duikers are so tame they will walk up to you basically and sit next to you. Oh and there is Jenga, chess and Checkers as well and some books. Recommend taking extra wood if you want to hot tub a lot or braai a lot like we did and extra pack of blitz. The road is not too bad to drive - relatively easy for a Rav4, but definitely not a low profile car!

Very peaceful spot in nature. Gillian was so friendly and whenever we needed something, she would promptly point us in the right direction. If you looking for a place for some quiet time with your partner, this is it. thank you Gill :)

Absolutely incredible location - to wake up with views of the mountain and valley was special (the views from the veranda and hot tub too!). One pylon did obstruct all that nature slightly but it doesn’t impact the views! The trails were lovely to walk around - one slightly overgrown but manageable and the space was perfect for 3 nights and we very much loved cooking and relaxing! The pizza oven was the best bit and using the hot tub as a cold pool in the day, hot tub at night. The road is bumpy and our car was a little small so we had to be very careful - just as a note for future guests. One other note - our first night was incredibly windy (the other two were perfect!) and with our cabin being so exposed, we couldn’t then sit outside and the noise was intense in the night. Untether do provide ear plugs so we were helped by that!! Would highly recommend staying here and communication was fantastic!
