Holiday rentals in Cederberg

Toren Farm was a wonderful peaceful stay. We went with our two girls 6yrs & 9 yrs who loved the open space, the hot tub, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and the nearby river to swim in. My husband and I have been to a few Airbnb's and Toren Farm's kitchen was by far the best equipped we have seen. The house is very spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. When we arrived we couldn't find matches or firelighters but Ansofie was quick to respond and come and brought us some, even gifting us more firewood in the process. We loved the little touches such as the nyummy chocolates on arrival, the individual blankets in the lounge, the abundance of towels and useful adapters. It all made our stay cosy and enjoyable. We could have easily stayed longer. Thanks again!

I want to share my impressions of our weekend in a lovely house we rented with friends. The place was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The nature around was simply breathtaking: green forests and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed morning walks and evening gatherings on the terrace. Huge thanks to Jane for her hospitality and care. This weekend left us with only positive emotions, and we will definitely come back!

Lovely breakaway and very private. Beautiful sunrises and the pet friendly is a bonus. Nice little hike in the koppies which our dog loved. Anso is an excellent host.

Jenny was an absolutely lovely host! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave us a lovely tour of the place. The Enchanted Cottage truly lived up to its name; it was a peaceful, beautiful haven where the soothing sounds of nature made us feel like we were in a magical retreat. We were a bit nervous about the indemnity mention of snakes, scorpions, and spiders, but to our surprise, the only wildlife we encountered was a friendly mongoose on our last day and a curious field mouse. We completely understand the need for Jenny to have that precaution in place, and it was reassuring to get the heads-up. The surrounding area was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby wine estates (we're big fans of wine!). It was such a memorable experience. One of the highlights was definitely the Lapa area and the pool; perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would love to come back again!

Absolutely loved our weekend in Banghoek Private Nature Reserve at Darren and Matt’s place (perfect hosts!). The house is stunning: stylish yet cosy, with beautiful views and so peaceful. We spent the weekend hiking, swimming in the rockpools (amazing!), braaiing and star-gazing - and best thing, we got to bring our dog too! We’ll be back! 🙏

Spacious and well-furnished/equipped accommodation in a lovely private garden with a fantastic pool. It felt homely, eg with board games and an interesting collection of books on the shelves. Hugo was a very friendly and communicative host - a shame we didn't get to meet him, but his housekeeper gave us an excellent introductory welcome. Thanks, Hugo (and Sally).

We really enjoyed our stay. The Cottage gives you a real secluded and peaceful experience. The surrounding hills are incredibly beautiful and we saw some interesting birds and other small animals. We loved being able to take our 2 dachshunds along and they loved exploring around the area. The braai area is great and the kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable beds and couches. All in all a lovely experience.
