All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for alfresco dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach... Very nice children's room, with ample space where you can store objects and clothes... Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area close to the sea.

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment which is perfectly described and matches the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped even for me who always brings my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful even if not really central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us on arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

The apartment has an independent entrance with parking space, and is located on the seafront in a quiet and green area. Behind the beautiful pine forest. The apartment is large, clean, very well-stocked and functional, and has a large terrace. We had a great time.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. The stay was perfect. The apartment is in a great tidy, clean location and then the convenience of having the parking under the house. From the terraces you can enjoy a magnificent view. The host Alessandra was very helpful and excellent communication if you happen to be in Ascoli, I recommend it.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
