We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

Alessio and Paola were 2 exceptional hosts, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a strategic and super comfortable position, rooms overlooking the sea (beautiful), surrounded by restaurants and bars, a stone's throw from the sea bridge. We were pleasantly impressed by the size of the apartment itself, which is also quite functional, very clean and you can see that the owners took care of it because it is really well kept. All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Perfect position next to the main square in Pescara, close to the beach. The house is spacious, clean, perfectly renewed and check in was very smooth. The host was responsive even at late hours.

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the apartments central location in the heart of Pescara is perfect to enjoy the city and very close to the beach. The apartments are fitted out to a high standard very quirky and nicely designed. Very impressive interiors make for a very enjoyable holiday stay experience. The apartments on offer here are truly fabulous and have to be seem to believed! Well worth a stay, we would highly recommend this property for its location size and quality. Fabio and Elena are very responsive hosts with clear information and more than helpful for any questions we had, the check in and check out experience was seamless and stress free. Perfect mix of privacy and helpful communication from our hosts. We look forward to staying with Fabio again when we return to Pescara in the future. Enjoy!

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment that is perfectly described and matched to the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped for me too, who always bring my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful although not very central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Beautiful apartment that has so many thoughtful appliances and everything one could need while travelling. We had a great time and enjoyed the place. Communication was very quick and friendly with Alessandro. The beach is just across the street :) Would recommend this and stay here again!

Agriturismo Splendido, surrounded by greenery 2 km from the nearest country or Gualdo, fully reachable by taking a walk in the middle of nature. Perfect outdoor spaces, spa and rooms, clean and thoughtful in detail. Nicola and his son Primo were special, super welcoming and many tips on neighboring places and restaurants. Perfect stay for those looking for peace and peace. We'll definitely be back, a place that stays in the heart. Thank you.

We had the most fantastic time. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the pool was great. The kids loved the ping pong table and table football too. Anna was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt right at home. She also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Marzia’s place again.

We had an amazing time staying in Nereto. It’s a small and quiet town with a friendly atmosphere. There are many nice cafes and you can take beautiful walks up the hills. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get to other towns by bus and Luciano also offered to give us a ride many times. He’s hospitality really made this an authentic italian experience. He made it easy to discover the town and showed us many recipes for italian food. He always replied fast and helped us whenever we had a problem. We will definitely come back and keep in touch with our wonderful host! Linn & Anna

The apartment has a very special atmosphere, being in a 18th-century Villa. There are antique furniture and objects, original wallpaper, original frescoes, original windows... However, it has all the advantages of a modern home: the heating works well, the bathroom is modern, the kitchen functional. The house is very bright and has a spectacular view. It is located in the heart of the historic center so you have to park - for free - outside the ztl area 10 min away on foot (you can unload your luggage under the house). Chiara is very kind and responds now. The donut we found in the kitchen (where there is also coarse salt, oil, sugar, coffee pods, milk, tea bags) was very good :). We had a great time and would like to come back in the summer :). Thank you very much.
