Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en lo de Jessica y Luis. No sólo por lo lindo y tranquilo de la propiedad, sino también por la buena onda y disposición de Jessica y su familia. La propiedad es lindisima y está ubicada en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo. Los pájaros, monos y el mar son parte de la vista y de los sonidos constantes. El bungalow es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo justo y necesario. Y lo que no tengas, Jessica y Luis siempre atentos a ayudar en lo que necesiten!!

Katarina en Pedro waren de gedroomde gastheren! Altijd bereid om te helpen en het ontbijt was telkens heerlijk! Bedankt voor alles!

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit in St Ignacio. Arturo and Maria's place is really close to st ignacio, only 5 minute walk and quite easy to get there. Every morning, I would be greeted with a delicious breakfast to start my day. They also gave me great tips for which tours to do and which i can do on my own. Arturo even drew me a map to explain how I can get to certain places! I can go on and on about how gracious and kind Arturo and Maria were to me during my stay. I simply can't recommend this place enough.

Rainbow Valley Lodge was a great place to stay in Monteverde. It was in a quiet location just outside the center of town. Check-in and check-out were simple and the girl at the front was very friendly. They provided a map with local recommendations which was helpful. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Our only request for the future would be to add an A/C unit or fan in the bedroom for warmer nights. Overall, we highly recommend staying here for a Monteverde trip.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur toll. Einen riesen Garten, wo man verweilen kann, einen Pool & kleine aber tolle Zimmer. Cynthia ist immer offen für Fragen & Anliegen, wie auch reagiert sehr schnell. Ihre Mutter ist sooo lieb und hilfsbereit, gibt Tipps für Aktivitäten und ist immer bereit für einen Schwatz. Auch anderen Mitarbeiter sind super. Das Frühstück ist auch toll (gibts zwischen 08.00-10.00). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Me gustó mucho el lugar, las personas que atienden son muy amables y te dan una cálida bienvenida. El restaurante es delicioso, todo lo que preparan se ve que lo hacen con amor y la comida es muy tradicional. La habitación es bonita, tiene suficientes cobijas y tiene un balcón súper lindo que tiene vista a un jardín.

Ruth und Andreas ist mit ihrer Finca Chiribita ein perfekter Mix gelungen: drei Bungalows in reduziertem Schwarz-Weiß- Design stehen in gekonnt gebändigter Natur. Schon beim Aufwachen schaut man durch die Fensterfront auf das Tal mit seinem üppigen Grün. Auf der Terrasse kann man Stunden nur mit Schauen verbringen. Ruth beantwortet zugewandt alle Fragen, Andreas entpuppt sich als Spitzenbäcker: jeden Morgen gibt es auf der Terrasse ihres Wohnhauses ein köstliches Frühstück mit frischem, selbst gemachten Brot und vielen Früchten. Auch wer ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kommt per Uber von dort schnell ins Orosi-Tal oder nach Cartago.

Awesome deal for the price in the heart of Antigua. We could easily walk to any historical monuments, restaurants, bars. Highly recommend staying here while in the city. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the included breakfast as we needed to leave super early, but as Don Carlos described, it sounded very good.

Beautiful spot to get away. Not too far from restaurants and bars and shops but also not too close to the noise. Cheryl was a great host. She was very welcoming and helpful, showing us around and gave us some local tips. She also responded quickly to anything we needed. Johanna and Mikhail were very sweet and served a delicious breakfast every morning. The room we stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Although we did not need room service, it was offered every day. The whole place was as described and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. Very relaxing and serene. We would definitely stay here again!

Estoy muy feliz de haber sido invitado por Jio. Una casa hermosa, de ensueño y muy tradicional. Comí una comida deliciosa en un ambiente muy acogedor. Tuve el honor de conocer a Jio, pero lamentablemente no conocí a su hija. Espero poder verla en mi próximo viaje. Jio habla muy bien inglés, es muy amable, responsable, y siempre está dispuesto a guiarte. Es una persona increíble, y cualquiera que visite su casa una vez, seguro regresará en sus próximos viajes. Vayan y disfruten, porque se sentirán como en su propia casa o en la casa de su abuela, ¡aunque Jio es joven! 😉 ***** I’m very happy to have been Jio’s guest. A beautiful, dreamy, and very traditional home. I had a delicious meal in a very soothing environment. I had the honor of meeting Jio, but unfortunately, I didn’t meet his daughter. I really wish I could rate Darren’s place with more stars than 5, this place is the best in las peñitas, it’s beautiful and the staff is very friendly from start to end of your stay. Plus, jake’s such a wonderful company too!

My mom, husband, and I stayed here before our flights out of Costa Rica and we thought the stay and Edward’s hospitality were amazing. My mom ended up coming to the stay first as I got food poisoning and had to stay behind with my husband at our last airbnb and Edward was extremely helpful and welcoming—she was very worried about traveling in another country without us and had not planned to be navigating on her own. We were so grateful that we chose this place to settle all her worries! Edward’s offered services of airport transport were a lifesaver for my mom and us as well. He was even willing to help my husband take the rental car back before we left! The Airbnb itself is super cute and secure. We didn’t spend the night, but had time to relax and found the furniture very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in and out of the airport. You won’t regret it!

Kris and Marie are such lovely hosts that they have to be mentioned first! These guys are authentic, helpful, open minded and friendly so that we enjoyed every chat with them. They built the house with their own hands and you'll see it in every single detail. It is so cozy and the environment and the view from the kitchen and the terasse is stunning! It's absolutely with it to spend more time at this place then just sleeping at night and having breakfast. By the way the breakfast is sooo delicious and Kris and Marie were always flexible regarding earlier times or special dishes for our baby 😊 We also loved their sustainable and modern approach for everything they do. Our stay at this beautiful remote compound was absolutely amazing. I really can’t thank Manuel and Zoe for the care and attention they took with us. Manual has been the best host I have ever had. He made sure we wanted for nothing! Zoe’s food creations are not only beautiful but also delicious. If you are looking to unplug and have access to a mostly secluded beach, this is the spot! There is restaurants and a small store near by but if there is something you like to have, be sure to bring it along as you may not want to leave.

Die Unterkunft hatte unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und die Anlage ist schön angelegt. Die Nähe zum Strand sind super! Das Frühstück war absolut toll und lecker. Gerne hätten wir die Spezialitäten der Küche auch zum Abend genossen, bekamen aber leider keine Gelegenheit, da bei unserer Ankunft die Küche schon ab 19:00 Uhr und am nächsten Abend schon ab 18:00 Uhr geschlossen hatte. Das fanden wir sehr schade, da man sich so auf jeden Fall darauf einstellen sollte, dass man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto abends nochmal los muss um zu Abend zu essen. Das sollte man berücksichtigen! Der Kontakt war super, alle waren extrem freundlich und als mein Mann sein iPad bei der Abreise im Zimmer vergaß, haben sie es uns sogar kostenfrei zu unserer letzten Unterkunft auf unserer Reise gebracht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

C’était un endroit agréable et accueillant, un peu plus loin du centre ville de San Andrés. Parfait pour se détendre et faire le tour de l’île en scooter ou en voiturette. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !
