Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Central California

This is a beautiful home with a welcoming feel. We felt at home and relaxed right away. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the inclosed backyard where our dog could walk around and smell everything 😁. The location was great! Cute little town and easy access to family in Sabastopol, beautiful drive to Bodega Bay, and long walks. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

One of the rare instances where the photos don't quite measure up to how amazing the accommodations actually are. While there may be quite a few near 5 star reviews among other locations, Karin's home is beautiful, spacious, and an amazing stay.

This place is soooo good! John and Julie have thought about every little detail. Lots of room, everything is new, great location, very proactive and friendly hosts!

We stayed at Ovr’s for a gals weekend and it was a perfect mix of relaxing at home with the hot tub and walking down to the ocean. A close drive or Uber ride to local restaurants, bars and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the Tahoe house! A perfect spot to share with another family with amazing amenities. Janel and Kevin were fabulous hosts and provided a cozy comfortable space with great amenities. The space was perfect for two families, we cooked dinner and all had plenty of space. My kids loved the thoughtful touches for the young crew and us adults were grateful for the comfortable beds and linens. They’ve done a wonderful job of making their home feel cozy and inviting. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Absolutely LOVED Doug's cabin. Comfortable, well-stocked, beautiful, easy... it was great. The Jacuzzi was awesome, it's nicely decorated, I could just keep going on. It's clear Doug is not new to hosting. It had everything readily available before I even realized I needed it. Thanks for an awesome experience, our family needed it :P

Exceptional property in a convenient location. This home exceeded our expectations with amenities and layout. The neighborhood was clean and quiet; the home comfortable and accommodating. We were in town to visit several wineries, but the close location to Russian River Brewing sealed the deal for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the canal! The house had a sauna, jacuzzi, pool, kayaks and a paddle board. All the toys for an active stay unfortunately, it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the water toys. We however enjoyed the fire pit and the jacuzzi. We also had a movie night on the comfortable sectional and huge TV in the family room.

The house was extremely clean. Had everything we needed. Communication was easy & quick. Location is great. Close to everything but was a very quiet area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities and supplies were as described, and the house had a very open, relaxing and warm flow to it. Great family trip especially with the heated pool in winter! Gina was very helpful and responsive with all of our questions ahead of and during our stay.

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

We had such a lovely stay at Wild Rose Farm! A spacious house with a well stocked kitchen, amazing views and animals on site which the kids loved. It was amazing to feel totally remote but then have all that Paso has to offer just a 10 minute drive away. A fabulous find for 3 families going on a weekend away with 6 kids under 4 :) Would love to come back someday!

The pictures don’t lie! Great unobstructed views of the river with access to the rivers edge. Restaurants 10 minutes away in Pollock Pines were very good. Great balance between a retreat and access to mountain amenities.

Loved staying here! Beautiful and comfortable cabin, and there were welcome snacks waiting for us when we arrived! The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of hiking. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This spot was perfect for our little family of three. Half way between Yosemite's South Gate and the surprisingly well-equipped town of Oakhurst, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would book this place again. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive when asked a question or two during the visit. The wood-burning stove and the hot tub were a bonus for tired legs after long hikes, and a cozy atmosphere and opportunity to warm up during nightly movies while relaxing. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a non-hotel option that's very private and slightly off the beaten path.

Overall we had a lovely stay. Everything was as described in the listing and it was a great base to explore Yosemite from. It was easy to find, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was great! We found a few things the cleaners seemed to have missed, which we communicated to Jessica; she did mention getting the cleaners to come back but we had just been cleaning up ourselves as we discovered them. There was firewood outside, but none dry inside, and no matches, fire starters or kindling. We let Jessica know but need to buy our own matches, etc; a bit troublesome since the fire is the main source of heating for the house. Jessica did let us know the day we checked out about a specific wood pile that was supposed to be drier than the one by the door we used. Once the fire was lit the house was very warm. We'd definitely recommend Jessica's property - it's in a great location and was a really cosy place for a winter holiday.

had a great time with our infant and 7 year old, easy 38 ish min drive to snow (during the week), super helpful that they had a sno-park pass for us!

We took our grands who live in AZ up to the “Tahoe Cabin”. They had a blast playing and sledding nearby for the couple days we stayed. There was absolutely nothing we needed to bring (except for our food). The house as everything else you need! It is Exactly as pictured with comfy furniture and beds, plenty of extra blankets if you needed. The kitchen has dishes and silverware for 10+ people and cookware to make virtually any dish! You will definitely enjoy this house!

Great little cabin in a great location. Clean and peaceful with hot tub. Enjoyed our stay :)
