Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Florida

Ramon was very kind and easy to work with. A very responsive and sweet host. His place was spotless and it was very close to the airport which were two things that were very important to me.

Lisa went the extra mile with a small assortment of snacks and beverages available on arrival. Felt very comfortable in this unit. Easy to explore Sarasota from this residence.

My family and I felt right at home. They were very responsive and flexible with check in with our 4 month old. They even provided a pack n play. The space is clean and very convenient to walk around downtown Sarasota. Will be back!

Taylor’s studio apartment is very clean, and cute! It’s very close to bars, restaurants, modern food court, etc. It had all the amenities one would need including coffee and a spare tooth brush…! There’s also a wonderful patio and great storage! Taylor was very friendly, communicative, and the place was super easy to find and get into. We would definitely stay here again. And we highly recommend!

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Great location at Edgar’s. Nice space and had everything we needed. Was in town for a golf tournament and it was great. Each person had their own space and not crowded.

The location on the lake waterfront meant being able to sit and watch the serene view after biking for several hours. It’s 15-20 minutes from 3 well known bike trails. There’s plenty of space to make our hearty pre bike breakfast.

The house was great and had everything you need, clean and stocked well. The neighborhood looks a little dicey when you first get there but the neighbors we met were nice and we walked to the playground across the street and also breakfast in Downtown. The house is super convenient to everything it was a 10 min uber ride to the aquarium and the lightning game. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place to stay. It had all the essentials and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The hosts are always responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to rebook in the near future.

This place was just as described and matched the pictures well. It was comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed the small enclosed patio and found the neighborhood to be safe and walkable. It was conveniently located to anything needed - stores, restaurants, walking parks, etc. Efrain was extremely responsive with communication. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and used the kitchen a couple times. We would stay here again.

Beautiful recent construction house. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as being steps from the beach. This was a calm, residential area great for family walks and getting to the playground at the end of the street. We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and did not have to go far for additional outings and entertainment. There were some issues with the lock box, but the owners were proactive in contacting us about it and arranging a time convenient for us to come fix it. We were concerned the house was a bit echo-y, but the baby still slept fine through our family noise downstairs.

Loved the spaciousness of the house and having breakfast on the porch in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and nice. Liked that they live in town also in case there were any problems. Would stay there again if we come back.

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

My husband and I loved staying here for our honeymoon. Very close to lots of local attractions like Jon’s pass and Indian rocks beach. For the fishing lovers, the location of being right on the intercostal was great for night fishing and there’s some nearby parks that having fishing piers as well. Really enjoyed the pool on site as well
