The place is homey and super clean and tasteful. Lisa is a great host, always quick to answer questions and work in whatever needs you may have. I definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

Edgar’s place was perfect for us while we came for to visit our UT son for the long weekend. The location was close to the school and also his home was very clean and comfortable! Edgar was super responsive, especially when we accidentally left our AirPods behind. He quickly responded to let me know that they were found and had put them in a safe spot for our son to retrieve them. Highly recommend !

Everything was great! We had some minor problems on checking in, but Carol was quick to respond. She came over within a short time to handle the minor issue. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. There are some rough-looking homes, but we had no problems. The neighbors were friendly. It was quiet at night. The nearby playground was only used during the day and early evening hours. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurants and bars in Ybor City. We also felt safe using the free trolley, even late at night.

We had a great stay. The house is exactly as described and like it appears in the pictures. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Arcadia.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

The house had everything we needed and more. I enjoy cooking for guests and so often the kitchen is lacking. This kitchen had everything I needed. Everything from measuring cups to storage containers. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of seating for the family. Great television options when it rained. Lots of space for us to spread out and get quiet time. The back yard was a real treat with hot tub, pool, chairs, games etc. And the roof! So nice. Parking was so easy and plenty for our needs. Great for kids - We had a 2-year-old with us and the house had everything we needed from a crib to a beach wagon just filled with toys for the beach. A great playground a short walk away. The raised pool was important to us for safety reasons. Beach supplies were plenty - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels. We didn't need to bring a thing. Beach was very close, an easy walk. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. Jimmy was a great host. Welcoming and quickly responded to our needs.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Our family with young children were a perfect match for this condo, there is even a pack and play in the closet if you need it! The pool, pickle ball and tennis courts offered lots to do. This was just what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.
