It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

From the very first day here we felt the assistance and support of the hosts! They are very friendly, always open to help and communicate. The place itself looks the same as in the pictures with a great garden full of fruit trees! We like it here very much! Supermarket is close, beach, bakeries etc. just 3 mins by car! It’s very convenient, it’s calm and peaceful here! We advice everyone come and feel all the fresh sea air here one day! It’s worth it! Thank you once again, Alexia and Stathis and allllll the wonderful pets you have!

Its a stylish house, made with care and emphasis on detail. On the lower floor there is a large living room with kitchen as well as WC while on the second floor two very comfortable bedroom with an equally large bathroom. The garden of the house is excellent and its location is such that it is quiet but at the same time allows you to go to the square on foot. Lefteris is a model owner. He was always available and gave us great suggestions for food and walking routes.

Stayed for four nights with 2 friends, big house with 3 bedrooms for 6 people , common living area , one bathroom , enormous yard with olive trees and 2 freely roaming very friendly dogs. The property is just behind Sunny bay camping , 100 m to the beach , 20 minute walk to the village of Metamorfosi. We had a great and prompt online communication with our host and were welcomed by her parents who live on the ground floor allowing for flexible check-in and check out. They were very helpful and hospitable. We had a minor accident and broke the shower in the bathroom so our host cooperated very quickly calling for a plumber the next I definitely reconmend the property , great value for money and super close to the beach

The garden was really very very nice. Forget about everything else, the garden is enough to decide to stay here. Plus the only-3-minute-walk to the beach. We were two families (with one kid each). I, my wife and son stayed in the caravan. It was much better for us since we are actually caravan people. The other family stayed in the house which was small but enough for 3 persons. Using separate spaces is great when you are two families. The stuff in the house and the caravan may seem old at first, but they are both clean. I felt very comfortable in the caravan. My friend who slept at the sofa in the house had slight complaints but it is no big deal (I think). There is a shower in the garden, as well ad the garden is just as it looks in the pictures. All in all, you spent most of the time in the garden (if summer) which is great, especially if you have kids. Sarantis was so friendly, nice and helpful. He even helped us with the internet connection which did not exist before us.

Aikaterini and her daughter are amazing, very kind and hospitable hosts! The sea is in your backyard, the beach is secluded and peaceful and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely love to visit again!

Beautiful and peaceful place, amazing and caring hosts, very friendly, kind and communicative; welcomed us with food and gave us fruits and jam throughout our stay, made us feel just like at home :) perfect if you’re looking for a retreat, away from tourists. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely recommend!

Everything was great! The place is very accessible, very close to the beach - you can walk. It is a good starting point for touring the Athos peninsula by boat and renting a boat for an adventure to the nearest islands. Eva is very friendly, the house is big and has everything you want if you prefer a home environment. Everything is as described and as in the picture. There is a wonderful view of the island of Amulyani. Highly recommend!

We rented an apartment for 9 days, we were pleasantly impressed. Everything matches the description and photo. The owner is friendly, met upon arrival and spent at the end of her vacation. The location is great for privacy, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is wild, there is enough space for everyone. The descent to the sea is steep, consider this. We were 100% satisfied, I recommend this apartment 💕🙌🏻

The house is very nice - the backyard has always a shade and there is enough space for everyone to sit outside and chill. Also beach, few restaurants and small supermarket in few minutes distance. The only thing that has to be noted is there is no aircon in the bedrooms (2nd floor) so it can get a bit hot during the day but opening the windows wide was good enough for the nights. The host is very responsive - we asked for a baby chair and they bring us a brand new one together with some other baby stuff.

Dimitris is great host, always willing to help and responsive. We had a pleasant experience . Thank to Dimitris and his father, we had impressionable memory from this holiday.

The place is amazing, right on the beach. The house is equipped with everything needed. I highly recommend it for a great vacation. Kostas is very nice and friendly, he responded very quickly and he let us check in a bit early because we arrived earlier than expected. Everything was perfect the only small minus are the neighbours who were not that friendly and complained few times about the noice, but we were with small kids and tried to keep quiet as much as possible.

This was just an ideal location for our family vacation. A very nice and comfortable house with a very spacious and well maintained yard. We wanted to be at very quite but cosy and comfortable location and villa Esmeralda have provided us just that! The house is located in a very quiet residental neighborhood - 3-4 minutes driving from the beach and 7 or 12 minutes driving from the nearest villages (depending which one you want to visit). Both villages have everything you need: supermarkets, small shops, tavernas, restaurants, pizza places, pharmacies etc. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay and beyond that! Dimitrios and Esmeralda are great hosts, very welcoming and helpful with advices that may be useful during the stay. We loved every second of our stay and hoping to revisit soon! Thessaloniki is just 30-35 minutes driving in case you want to mix your experience with some city dynamics during the day and return to absolute peace and "nirvana" on the second part of the day. Overall a great experience! Would highly recommend to families with kids that want to stay away from crowd and enjoy their holidays on their own pace.

Very nice location, few steps from the beach. Quiet location, in walking distance you have everything you want and need for living: supermarket, butcher, restaurants, bars... I recomend this location to familys with small childrens. We really enjoyed staying here and will defenitly come back.

this little house is a paradise. facing the sea, Mount Athos in the distance, deserted beach in April, at the end of a dirt road and at the entrance to this beautiful peninsula that is Sihonia... comfortable rooms, equipped kitchen (no microwave), two bathrooms, direct access to the beach.... the veranda is rather a terrace so no indoor place to meet, the dining table is on the terrace, a little protected by transparent plastic blinds but in mid-April we needed small wool to dine. magnificent sunrise. it was just perfect!! small problem of power outage quickly set by our hosts, do not turn on too many appliances at the same time.....

Beautiful property with easy access to beaches, waterfalls, Katerini, and mount Olympus. Fay and the property maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful with any request.
