Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

Great location in downtown Utica walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants! This spacious apartment is right above Gerbers 1933 Tavern which was perfect to go grab a night cap!

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

Peggy’s place is the best!!!! This is our 5th year & we already booked for 2/26!!!!! Very centrally located, & only 20 minutes to Whiteface!!!!! Peggy is a true local who has great suggestions & is also very responsive!!!! Stayed there in summer as well as winter though winter is my favorite! Lake Placid + Peggy’s house = a great time!!!!!

This was our second time staying at Craig and Deb's place ✨ it was wonderful as always! place is clean, cozy and warm. They're very attentive, and the area feels safe, convenient supermarket nearby. A must stay if going skiing at West Mountain.

Pretty much an ideal AirBnb experience for us. Apartment was more spacious than expected, and in a great location that made Main St. Oneida a quick walk. Very easy to find the unit, get in, and get out without feeling like a bother - Stephanie's instructions made everything super easy and clear. Well-stocked with everything you'd need as well. Next time we're in Oneida, this will be the first place we check!

We can’t get over how much this little gem of a place, gave us so much peace! Kevin is an amazing host and goes above and beyond for his tenants. We stayed for 4 days, two of which were during a massive snow storm. Not once, but twice, Kevin cleaned our car off. My wife and I will absolutely be back, and we will be making this our annual spot. Great Airbnb! Close to everything needed in Dryden. They had a nice fenced in yard for my dogs to play in and the air bnb had plenty of space. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Dryden!

A perfect haven for hikers, skiers and all who love the beauty of the ADK, Don’s place high up on a ridge overlooking majestic peaks is a truly special and unique experience. Worth every penny and deserving of more than 5 stars, you will want to return again and again to enjoy stunning views, all the comforts home ( full kitchen, comfy beds, fireplace and hot tub) and a kind and attentive host who is a local expert on the trails and history of the ADK, and who is generous with his time and knowledge to help create a memorable experience for his guests. We enjoyed a wintry wonderland this visit with excellent skiing at nearby xc ski centers, including expert trails at MVH Olympic Center and easy wooded trails at the ADK Welcome Center, all expertly groomed. Don’s place is perfect for winter climbing from the ADK Loj, ice skating on Mirror Lake, viewing World Cup events at the Olympic sites, and dining and shopping in nearby Lake Placid. It is a gem that is too good to miss. Enjoy!

We had a good stay overall. The check in and check out was very easy and the hot-tub was nice. We stayed for 4 nights while skiing. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and an extra blanket in the closet. There was a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. However, we only received three paper plates for our four days there which was not enough for the two of us and we were not able to do any dishes to reuse any. Also something to note is that the walls are very thin. It was not disruptive at all and the host was quiet (we could hear murmuring and the slight sound of the tv), but we felt we had to be very quiet the whole time.
