Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Saanich

For any who are seeking a great place to stay in Victoria's Colwood area, look no further! This is the place! It had everything I needed for a perfect stay ... and more! Duncan and Vi keep house and gardens in immaculate condition. I would be back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place, Wonderful hosts, Wonderful Stay. Steve and Carol are the warmest and kindest hosts ever. The house was also amazing - historic, great water views, and just comfortable all around. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Magical!! Even more beautiful than the photos. The place was exceptionally clean and hosts very responsive. Communication excellent. I would love to come back here and just sit and enjoy the view some more.

A sweet suite indeed! The two of us were there for 2 weeks and it was great. Christine was there when we needed her—which wasn’t often cos the suite is so thoughtfully equipped. The neighbourhood is lovely. Seaside walks not too far away, and restaurants, cafes and groceries within easy walking distance. We had a car but took the bus downtown cos it was fast and easy. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit family in Victoria. Thanks!

Karen/Michele's place was lovely! The bed is super comfy, and the full kitchen was super convenient. My favorite part of this stay was the location! How lovely to wake up to the ocean view right outside the sliding glass doors - and to walk on one of the most beautiful roads on the island! Highly recommend and hope to stay again. Shara's place is great and so is Shara. She has been a very accommodating host and made this a great stay. The apartment is very well equipt for everything you need for a short or long stay. I would highly recommend.

The sunset views from this house are stunning! We came in the middle of winter to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was the perfect stay. The home was clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of space for our family to spread out and relax. We also loved how accessible the beach was. Katie was very friendly, helpful and responsive so we hope to be back in the summertime for our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful memories!

This house will make your trip to San Juan even more memorable. Barbara’s attention to detail amazed us, we kept discovering little things around the house, like a tray with games, additional blankets and pillows to stay cozy in the living room, flashlights in the nightstands to find your way around at night (it’s actually not needed since Barbara thought about motion lights around the house). If you want to feel being taken care of, Barbara’s place is highly recommended!

We beach-combed every morning to see what the most recent tide brought in, then we came inside and hugged our coffee by the big picture windows which line the front of the house, overlooking the inlet. The wood fireplace was coziness itself, and we overall enjoyed a really wonderful time of reconnection with our family of four in this beautiful space on this incredible property. Thank you, Andrea!

Quiet, beautiful modern home with all the necessary amenities. Close to the beach. Very private and peaceful location. Beds are comfortable and everything is tastefully arranged and decorated. We really enjoyed staying as a family with our elderly mother in law tagging along. Our daughter enjoyed the snacks and games provided. Thanks Tess!

We had a fantastic stay. It was really a comfortable space with a lot of amenities. There was tons of room to spread out and it felt like home.

We had a great stay at Christine’s place! A beautiful house and view. Very peaceful area. Christine was friendly and always quick to respond. We would love to stay here again.

Great views from the house, plenty of windows. The hot tub was a great touch and the private beach access really made it feel like your own slice of the island. Donald was very accommodating with some questions and requests we had and all instructions were very clear. Master bedroom bed was very soft and comfy but very high up which was a little difficult for my very pregnant wife, but manageable if you’re mindful of the step stool. We had plenty of space for all 9 of us and a toddler. The kitchen is also loaded with equipment and dinnerware so cooking was very doable. Maybe like an 11-12 min drive into town and 13 min to lime kiln lighthouse. The only very small improvement I can think of would’ve been just to have more lamps around, especially the common areas of the house. The lighting was a little sparse here and there but it was vibey. Thanks Donald! We would love to come back again in summer.

The home is great and the location is quite peaceful and serene. Can't say enough about Nigel as a great host. Icing on the top was Nigel dropping by to help us start the wood camp fire in the backyard since we were newb and needed help :).

I stayed at Brad’s for 11 nights while visiting a friend who lives in Sequim. This was a perfect spot for me and my pup. We walked to the water every morning and saw bald eagles, herons and so many other birds and ducks every day. The property is adjacent to a nature reserve. The fenced yard was SO nice to have for the dog and also felt very private for the long nearly nightly soaks in the hot tub. And the inside shower!!!! I felt spoiled. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals. The fridge is tiny… but totally doable. Brad was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend to friends. Thank you Brad and Katie!!!

Wendy's place was great as always. Have stayed a couple times before and it is always great.

This was the perfect space for our family. The open layout and balcony were wonderful. The unit stayed cool on the hot days. The underground parking was very convenient. One note: It is definitely more suited for a couple than family. It is clearly advertised as a one bedroom, but the bed for the 5th person being a single mattress on the floor was a bit of a surprise.

Excellent on all points. The apartment was spacious, clean with modern furnishings. the view from the balcony was a highlight. Kristin and Ryan were responsive and helpful - we appreciated the extra bit of time to check out. Parking is easy to access and just a stones throw from the main street of town.

Robert was a wonderful host with great suggestions for outings and shared his knowledge of the wildlife and area. The highlight for me was watching the family of sea otters fish in the ocean from the beautiful beach deck! We absolutely did not want to leave!

An oasis on Vancouver Island. Rick was a great host. Very accommodating and quick to respond when we had any questions. A beautiful home with beautiful surroundings.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property perched on the ocean in Shirley, BC! The views of the Olympic Mountains from the premium hot tub were nothing short of breathtaking, especially when we spotted humpback whales at dusk on our first night—pure magic! The property itself at moments may feel more like a swanky international hotel with its backlit onyx kitchen and luxurious rain shower yet nestled in the rustic beauty of the coast. Our host, Robert, was incredibly kind and attentive, immediately offering his charging station for our car—a real relief. Highly recommend this place for an exceptional, premium coastal retreat close to Victoria!

A beautiful, very clean apartment in a wonderful location. The only wish would be is Air conditioning but large fans were provided and that was very nice
