One-room apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a large balcony and beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Free parking on the premises of the residential complex. Stefano was always available for questions and always friendly and accommodating.

The condo was well furnished and seemed relatively new with lots of amenities and fabulous views to relax with a glass of wine. It is an excellent place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The town is relatively small with a few restaurants. The one Costa recommended a short distance from the walkway along the lake was fabulous. The food was great, prices were reasonable, and the staff were friendly. You can also visit Bellagio a short distance away by bus as well as the city of Como. We would recommend this location if you desire a peaceful vacation away from the hustle of larger cities in Italy. We would definitely visit again.

Correct and accurate in all respects, quick and uncomplicated contact, helpful tips on restaurants and grotti, excursions and other activities for nice and bad weather. We liked the apartment very much, we felt immediately comfortable. The advantage of the apartment is also that it is only a few steps away from the fabulous promenade, thus (at least during our stay) very quiet, although very central in the old, beautiful part of Ascona. Distance to parking garage and Coop is also excellent. The public transport offer is also perfect for many beautiful excursions. Conclusion: The term "superhost" is absolutely accurate; both the hosts and the accommodation are definitely recommended! We wish you both continued great guests who appreciate your hospitality and help as well as the tasteful and cozy furnishings :-)

Good clean apartment in beautiful surroundings. Lake is a couple of minutes of walk. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Lezzeno hosted by the amazing Emi. The views from the apartment were stunning and the place was spotless with everything you would need for a short break. Very comfortable apartment and very well organised. Emi went above and beyond for us. Apart from the best welcome we've ever had, she also helped us out when we got stranded in Bellagio.

A Christmas 🎄 to remember. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us. We had the best time. Great things to see in the area and small local restaurants hit the spot. The home was as described, very well kept and clean. We loved watching the ducks and the amazing sun rises. We will definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in the lake.

Amazing views even on a cloudy day! Very close to Menaggio where you can take a ferry boat to other beautiful gems of lake Como. We also took a ride up the hill where from we enjoyed a beautiful hike to the top. The apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable. Sitting on the terrace or with doors opened while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine from the local shop, felt better than in any restaurant, although the restaurants nearby were also very good. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Collico in Maria Térésa's home, not far from all amenities, with a swimming pool, beautifully flowered, and views of the lake and mountains. Everything is very satisfactory, the cleanliness, the location, the hospitality. Only small downside. We missed having a 2nd bedroom for our son and a little noise in the evening due to the proximity of a bar.

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

Stayed with 6 people on New Year's Eve. The host Urs was kind and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d'Italia, easily accessible on foot. The only flaw is the really minimal kitchen, housed inside a piece of furniture.

A very nice apartment with your feet in the water with a great view. A very good location to easily visit Lake Milan the Borromean Islands Lake Lugano ... We would highly recommend this dream location.

Very fresh and good accommodation with very nice and helpful host. Domaso is a small and quiet village, a good restaurant right across the street, more within a short distance. Operated main street directly outside but the home itself still protected. Nice pool, good beach and swimming in river in walking distance.

Everything was perfect! From communication with Giulia to the accommodation in a good location, very clean and nice. We will be back!

Amazing to stay in such a grand building right by lake

Great check-in and check out. The apartment was clean and as described. The location was perfect! Extremely close to the train station, the ferry port, and restaurants were at most, a 10 minute walk away. Hosts were responsive and easy to get in contact with when needed. We had a great stay!

Super warmly received. Had a wonderful week in a very luxurious apartment, in a beautiful location on the lake. Very nice owners who gave us a lot of privacy and nice tips.

Francesco's place is a true home away from home, it has all the amenities that a family with 2 young kids would need and is right on the lake. We were very late in checking in but Francesco was very understanding and gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house which worked perfectly for us. We had a great time exploring the surrounding areas per Francesco's recommendations and we would go back in a heatbeat. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed it very much in this quiet authentic Ticino village. Since we arrived by public transport, Cleto picked us up down at the lake. A small bus runs up to the village a few times a day. But rather little and that's why we always walked otherwise. Approximately 15 minutes, 400 steps up or down. We like to walk. But if you don't have a car and aren't good on foot, it's not so ideal. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

A haven of tranquility, amazing. A perfect location on the shores of the lake, within easy reaching distance of nearby towns and the mountains. Stuart was a great host, who communicated very well and was on hand to help if we needed it (we didn’t). We had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a beautiful house. Highly recommended!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at Rita's for just a few nights . Rita was an exceptional host guiding us (unprompted) from the Airport through the public transit in Switzerland right to her front door. The place was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. She did not skimp on the quality of furniture, cook ware, appliances, or really anything. It was just what we were looking for, with some seclusion but easy walking distance to restaurants and a short ride or walk to both the main transit station or the transit by boat to Lucerne. We've had stayed at many great AirBnBs all over the world. We also manage 3 AirBnBs as well and our superhosts. This is definitely in our top 5 in terms of both the level of care Rita provides as well as the property itself. HIGH RECOMMEND!
