Wonderful Flat! Everything very clean, very well located and structured. Denise is so friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back more often. The flat has a minibar, 2-burns stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, cookware, hairdryer, tv in the living room and in the bedroom. The sofa bed surprised me for the comfort. Without a doubt the best flat I've ever stayed.

The apto corresponds to the photos and the Romulo is attentive. Ideal for those who have schedules close to Paulista, with the 3 util mall. Only if you expect to cook, it is not very easy due to the induction, under the microwave and difficult ergonomics. Some maintenance details have been highlighted to the owner. However, it is true to what it conveys and a good cost-benefit. Thank you for your attention during your stay.

Excellent stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Very clean and tidy space, well equipped and with easy check-in/check-out (even though I arrived late at night). The strategic location for our demands on this visit to Sao Paulo and, even on a busy avenue, the structure of the apartment facilitates the reduction of street noises. I recommend and will be back whenever I need!
