The restaurants near the accommodation have very rich food, it is very good location and you move super easy walking, at night it is quiet and you can take good walks. Access to taxis is very easy to get as well. The host is super helpful and friendly, it's very good option. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything.

A pretty good place, spend two nights with my wife and the truth everything is fine, behind there is a school but nothing bothered me, the only thing that didn't let me sleep was the train horn nearby haha but obvious that is no longer the fault of the owner, perfect place to rest, we would definitely come back

The place is in a very central area, there are many restaurants and things to see nearby. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. If you are considering renting this stay, please note that the parking is on the street or in some pension (they charge 500 per night).

Beautiful oasis in the hills above San Miguel. The windows in the casita let you see the blue sky all day and warm the place with the sun so the floor still feels warm at night! We had a wonderful time here for a month. The wifi is strong, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped and anything else we needed we could just ask and Rosa was very helpful. SMA is full of very friendly people and so much to do! I fell the third day (walk slow and be VERY careful!) so we had to take uber but they were always easy to get and not too expensive. We loved Cinne Bacco, Cafe Rama, and enjoyed the walking tour that starts at the cathedral at 9:45am. Loved it here! Highly recommend!

Casita Boveda is an excellent property--spacious, well appointed, convenienetly located, with two full baths. There is an uphill walk to the Parroquia and Jardin, but it is not very far. There is a major market (traditional style) steps away, and shops of all sorts within easy walking distance. The street is a major thoroughfare, so it is noisy during the day and early evening, but quiet at night once the traffic stops. Several bus lines pass directly in front of the house, which we found very convenient since we took full advantage of the reasonable and thorough bus service. We felt very safe here, since the house is behind a high wall with a double bolted gate, in addition to locks on the doors to the house. There is a long flight of stairs to the front door, but the steps are shallow and easy to navigate.

Getting there was a breeze, but the taxi did get the address slightly confused as it is just off on a side road and up an incline, but still very easy to find. The hosts met us and showed us how everything worked and what to expect. The location was perfect as it was close enough to a main road where there were lots of restaurants, yet far enough and tucked away not to have the road noise. The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked easy and had Netflix in English, Not that we had much time to watch TV. The grounds are beautiful and the orange blossoms in bloom leaving a lovely fragrance. The hosts were lovely people. Both Wendy and Kenny were very interesting and kind. We have already recommended their place to a friend!
