What a fabulous apartment, excellent location with a fantastic view of Aberporth beach. Great place to walk along the Welsh coastline, with lots of places to visit locally. The apartment is very homely & Samantha was quick in responding to my queries. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

A modern, well fitted out and very clean apartment. Central position in New Quay, overlooking the sea. Very easy check in and check out. Close to restaurants and cafes, although some had limited opening days out of season (March). Great position for walking the Coastal Path. There would have been car parking spaces nearby on the road going down to the apartment after the 'day visitors' had left, but due to the one way traffic system in place, we found it easier to use the car park a few 100 yards further on with a reasonable weekly charge.

Stunning view from this great little apartment. Super comfortable, easy to find and with the most gorgeous views you'll find in this part of the world.

It was my husband and son that stayed at the property but they only said great things. The area was stunning and they ate at the local pub which was fabulous apparently.

The apartment and area are a little piece of heaven. The apartment has stunning views and everything you could possibly need for your break away. Great base to explore the area around and I recommend a train journey to take in the stunning scenery.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. I asked the family&friends who were with us in Christmas week at the cottage and the consensus is that it was ‘pretty damn good’! ☺️ lovely house and location. Very thoughtful host who went through trouble of decorating the place making it super Christmassy and left us a lovely gift too. Being with friends and family in such a lovely place is all we wanted for Christmas. 🎄 😁 thanks Anna and Glynn. Best wishes for new year. X

Place was amazing. Location of caravan was best. Easily spotted. So thoughtful host. Internet connection was weak but lot of DVDs for kids. Many toys. Amazingly spare batteries were available too. Nearby amenities. Beach and town centre in walking distance. Weather got bad. So much rain and wind with power cut and no mobile signal for whole of the town that kind of made the stay little not well but other that our family enjoyed well. Would prefer to come to Aber in Summer and would love to stay here.

Just wow…. I didn’t want to leave! Homely, very spacious, beautifully decorated, lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great utility/boot room, great views from all rooms, gorgeous outside patio and views, great coastal walks, lovely local pub, seal spotting from the deck….. I’m simply in love with this place. Thank you Bev and family…. Left a little piece of my heart here ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's. Borth is beautiful and the view from Wendy's is stunning. It's a really lovely location, and it was great walking to the High Street to eat out in the evenings. Wendy also provided a great breakfast hamper every morning which set us up for the day. We found her very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in Wendy's beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, beautiful house, excellent communication. Stayed with a group of friends for a weekend- no squabbling over rooms as they’re all beautiful. Lovely welcome basket was much appreciated. House is central for the town and we all parked outside easily. Great communication before and during our stay. Garden lovely for sitting in for a morning cuppa and listening to the sea in the evening after eating at one of the many delicious restaurants close by. Would definitely hope to return again.

We just lived the house and location. We came out of season and despite sunny weather, we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the outside space which was great. The beds were super comfy and the house has been tastefully furnished. For those visiting, I’d recommend booking up the Pepper Pot in town in advance if you are going there as it’s very popular. For those cooking at home, I took Caroline’s suggestion and booked a food delivery in advance.the local Cost cutter did stick quite a few Coop products though. Bring your oils, tin foil etc as these are not included. We did get a lovely welcome gift when we arrived.

Lovely relaxing getaway – homely with a stunning view in a great location We had such a wonderful stay here as a family (me, my wife and our 5-year-old daughter). It felt really homely from the start – fresh flowers in the room, thoughtful touches everywhere, and Jane even brought us a basket of toys for Mila, which was such a sweet surprise! Mornings were our favourite time of day – sitting with a coffee on the balcony, looking out at the wildlife and swans on the river. It was so peaceful. We also borrowed bikes (including one for our daughter) which was a great way to explore. The location is great – we loved Poppit Beach, wandering around the ruins, and walking to The Ferry for dinner. The coastal walks and fresh air blew away the cobwebs for sure. It’s so quiet at night too – we all slept so deeply. If you’re looking for a friendly, peaceful place that’s a great base for exploring, this is it. Can’t recommend enough! We'll be back. We were a family group of 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay . The location is perfect , a very short walk from the beach , cafes , pubs, restaurants and parking . It had everything we needed and was very comfortable . We would definitely recommend .

I think Heather under sells just how lovely this appartment is. The view 5*, the location 5*+++, small touches like beach equipment, games, and decor 5*. There is no street parking, however the car park is next door to the building, so ideal for keeping all the beach stuff in rather than taking up the flat. I would recommend unloading from the front of the building rather than the back entrance, as the back is owned by the chip shop underneath and they have lots of deliveries/staff coming in and out from shifts etc. Also the chip shop underneath was Amazing (best value in the area)

Beautiful sunset sitting in the window looking down on the pier with the sun setting behind. Need to come from the north along Marine Parade at the moment because of road closures due to roadwork just up from the flat. Beautifully quiet and cosy and everything one could need plus some! Very comfy bed and pillows. A quality AirBnB!

Loved the Tabernacle - (and Aberdovey in November). It suited us really well. A big thank you too to Louis for being so kind and understanding, and rushing to let us in when we locked ourselves out - just to find we had found a way in! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

you could have ask for anything more. we are from States and 2 floor to us is 3rd floor in UK. we had lots of luggage but we managed. I would definitely return here if return to area.

Dawn's apartment was really beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas, good hot showers and beautiful crisp, clean bed linen. We were very impressed can't wait to return. As a host Dawn was excellent and couldn't have given better service. We highly recommend this apartment.
