The staff helped with any issues. The cottage is large and full of nooks and crannies. There are plenty of spaces for your own things. The views from the windows and balconies are great, right on the mountains and Wang Temple. The price also includes A SPA, so after an active day, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Perfect house for outdoor adventures, cozy evenings by the fireplace and cooking for large groups (perfect kitchen with lots of gadgets). We enjoyed sauna and the view.

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Great large home with room for all fellow travelers. The bedroom and the bathroom fit very well with the relationship. Beautiful outdoor area. The surroundings invite you to hikes, especially along the small waterfalls.

Being is beautiful😍 beautiful nature In the winter it is not easy to get to the apartment, we walked up through the forest because the weather was nice and the light outside, it was a good walk. It is possible to order a special transfer. No matter how many you will be there, the price is from 1000kč. You can't see anything in the woods in the evening, it's not safe, so I recommend ordering the special collection. It is possible to book a barbecue house(500Kč) sauna and hot tub for 700kč / hour Breakfast, dinner can also be ordered afterwards. It's great, we loved it. I recommend

Large house. A little spartanly furnished, but everything you need is available, but everything you need is available. Lovely, quiet location. A little off the beaten path.

Great place to go on a calm retreat and enjoy the nature around. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples, very well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. The sauna (optional) was very nice. Despite the language barrier everything was perfect and our stay was more than pleasant.

Maršovka House really impressed us. I visited with two families in September (there were 8 of us + our lovely dog Jax🐶) and in October (7 of us + our lovely dog Jax 🐶), and everyone was very happy with the place. The high capacity was a huge plus for us, and it’s one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed at. We’re already looking forward to winter so we can return with our family and enjoy some skiing. We felt well accommodated here over New Year's Eve. With two fear dogs the perfect escape from the noisy city! The cabin was totally quaint and cozy - the oven provided the necessary warmth in the cold season. If you can do something with simplicity and closeness to nature, you will be able to enjoy the accommodation very much. In addition, the intimate farm dog of Ewa accompanied us daily on a walk and showed us the way. The horses that looked into the house window from time to time were also a highlight!

There were three of us staying in the accommodation for 6 days as a family. The apartment and the location is great! You have to love a sofa bed,then it's great. Very nice hosts! Can only recommend!!!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation in this traditional village house. Everything was clean, cozy, and romantic. BBQ grill and fire pit available. Cozy garden. A direct bus line to Vrchlabí, to the train to Kunčice nad Labem it is two kilometers over the hill on a quiet path. Ideal starting point for trips to the Giant Mountains or Bohemian Paradise. We loved it and will be back in a year. :)

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

Lenka’s chalupa is one of those places you feel grateful to be able to spend a few days in. So much attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay! As a group of friends, we felt very comfortable and everything went smoothly. The place was spotless and well organized. A beautiful stay in an equally beautiful environment, which you could also describe as quiet, wooded and hilly. Owner and her husband are very likeable and thoughtful. In addition, they really think along with you and are very welcoming. Top!!

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Vaclav is a very enjoyable and honest host. A conversation is totally worth it. If necessary, he was responsive and also gave us good tips for hiking or getting to Prague. For a large family and also a meeting with friends, the property offers the necessary amenities. The first trip alone (also with Google's help) was not that easy. But with the place name + Woodhouse, the journey is no longer a problem.

We enjoyed the stay, the tranquility and great nature around the house was perfect for us adults, the children and the dog. There is also a nice barbecue to use.
