The place was very conveniently located. In Ceuta, almost everything is uphill, but going down 3 stairs we were in the heart of Ceuta. Calle Real and Parque del Mediterráneo are just a 10-minute walk away. We didn't have a car. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. We didn't need anything. Rafa was friendly and helpful at all times.

This is a recently built building, and it was very clean from the entrance to the elevator, hallways and inside. It was tidy with a minimalist interior with a host's sense, and as soon as I entered the accommodation, it smelled good. The location was a bit far from the city center but we traveled by car so no problem. Rather, it was nice to go around the east side of the island and look around the lighthouse, museums, etc. Parking can be done in front of the building. The host was very responsive and provided detailed descriptions such as video. As it is a residential area, it was quiet in the evening, so I was able to have a comfortable rest.

Great place to stay with a nice beach on your doorstep and view to wards Gibraltar from lounge window. 20min walk from town center but a bus stop right outside. Local supermarkets for provisions.

we loved Eaperenza 's place! she was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival, checkin and stay.
