Holiday rentals in Chalcis

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

Our two-night stay at Christina's place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, right by the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Christina herself is an exceptional host, making our stay even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Very nice surroundings and the accommodation that covered all our needs. Plus the huge plot with all kinds of trees, the large parking inside the plot and the existence of a barbecue. The host Mr. Giannis and his wife are very polite and very helpful. As observations I can only mention a very old closet in the bedroom, which smelled very bad with the risk of putting your clothes at risk of getting dirty.

A wonderful attic with a great view! The house had everything that you need and the owner was very helpful and ready to answer all of our questions! A perfect choice for a couple that want their privacy and quiet enviroment but also can go to the centre of the town in a 5 min drive! Would stay again for sure!

It was a lovely vacation in a great house. Quiet and private. A walk from the beach.

I really didn’t want to give this property 5 stars… 6 would be be fitting. The view was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is located in a chill environment surrounded by olive trees, there are also citrus trees in the yard. This house was in my top 5 stays.

Maria is the kind of host that MAKES Airbnb. She was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us everything we needed to know about the house as well as some very thoughtful welcome treats. She is exceptionally kind and thoughtful and a pleasure to communicate with. It felt like we were staying with a friend. We had some heavy rain during our stay and she was very prompt to insure we were well and didn’t have any difficulties. The home is immaculately clean, beautiful, and well appointed with anything you could possibly need!!! We had an amazing time in a lovely place with beautiful peaceful surroundings. We strongly recommend a stay with Maria at her gorgeous home.
