Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chalk Sound

I should have printed your references. It would have been helpful to have a renter’s guide on site. For example I did not know how to walk to beach and that the AC unit only worked if I was right next to it. I also did not know which unit was ours upon arrival. Just a suggestion.

Our stay at Micro Villa Cocuyo was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was secluded and private yet close to everything. We truly felt at home! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great visit. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to many beautiful beaches. Accommodations were clean, well equipped and well maintained. Parking and pool on site. Ken was a very receptive and responsive host. I would highly recommend for family of 4-5 or two couples.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Karen was friendly and more than happy to suggest local activities and restaurant's. We appreciated the kayaks, snorkeling gear and beach towels. We also enjoyed our time on the Lady Grace Catamaran. The crew and lunch provided was wonderful. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay in your home.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Paradise. We didn't want to leave. We loved the privacy and quiet of Gregory's Place, on a quiet part of the island. It's a small island, so everything is very accessible with a car. We loved the pool, the comfortable and spacious home and beds, the sunrise/sunset deck, and the location of the home right around the corner from the beautiful and rugged mile-long Bird walk/nature trail that takes you right to the water's edge. We did not want to leave. Thank you Gregory for a wonderful experience!!

Although I didn’t get to physically meet her when she came in to assist us with our flight check ins. She was awesome, very responsive and if you’re celebrating a birthday she leaves a gift for you! I enjoyed my time here at her lovely home.

There is not enough space for me to write how great Rod and Karen are as hosts. I have been staying in Airbnb’s for years and have never experienced such wonderful people in all my travels. So accommodating for our group that was in town for a wedding. So fun to layout by this gorgeous pool and hear stories of the locals and some history. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable and I slept better here than at home. We will definitely plan a return to this lovely property in the further. Rod and Karen, we had the best time thanks to you both! Sandy Feet exceeded our expectations! It’s a great modern one bedroom unit looking out over the beautiful pool area with nice vegetation that gives you some privacy. You also have your own outdoor shaded seating area with 4 chairs and a table overlooking the pool. The BBQ is quite new and cooked our steaks beautifully. The bed, pillows and linens were all top quality and the A/C worked great to keep cool at night. The welcome package of water, snacks and sodas was a nice touch and much appreciated. The unit is a 5 minute walk to public beach access and also The Shore Club which has two very good restaurants. We had a rental car which I would highly recommend and the parking spots at the unit are in the shade all day which was a bonus. Laverne is an awesome host and answered all our queries very promptly and also gave us great suggestions on places to go and which restaurants were the best. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience we had staying at Sandy Feet-see you next year!

Had an excellent stay at the Poco Villa, Micheal is a great host, makes sure someone is there to greet you, and shows you around the property, unit had all the basic necessities, the patio is really nice for enjoying a drink after a long day at the beach. The best part for my wife and I was their very friendly cat, Tica, who would always greet us in the morning and when coming back from the beach, Tica also loves treats so make sure to bring her some. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Turks and Caicos.

Emma's place was the perfect for my birthday getaway. It was clean, steps away from a gorgeous private beach, and it felt like we had privacy. One of the things that was helpful was the beach chairs, and sunscreen and aftersun gel available as well as leftover seasonings (which was super helpful especially since those things can be pricey on the island!)

Alexandra’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our time on Providencials! It was even better than described, and in an awesome location close to the marina, beaches, and great restaurants. It is a quiet, safe community, has a wonderful pool area. Easy to find from the airport and a short drive to the main grocery store and Grace Bay beach. The communication with Alexandria / Johnathan was very good! They are responsive and they care about their guests, making sure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Very informative about the area and made awesome recommendations of things to do and places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. The family was extremely kind, responsive, helpful and proactive to any issues that arose. Wilbert even came all the way to the airport so I could follow him to the Airbnb - as a solo traveler attempting to drive on the opposite side of the road - I really appreciated this! The whole property had a clean, calm, relaxing, restful aura about it and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. On the final day, Christine even invited me to have lunch with them. I sadly had to decline due to airport/travel logistics, but I was and still am so touched by the gesture. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Ulma has a beautiful property with accurate pictures and all the amenities I could have asked for. The townhome had plenty of space for my family of 4 (10 yo son, 8 yo daughter, wife and I). The kitchen had every glass, cup, plate, pot, pan, tool, or gadget we could have imagined. The outdoor patio had umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, various floaties, buckets, shovels, various other beach toys, coolers, and bags to carry the stuff to the beach. We all LOVED the amount of things provided to enhance your beach experience, including plenty of beach towels and the washer/dryer. The Turtle Cove location was perfect for us as it is central to many island activities. We went on a Seaside Scavenger Hunt by Caribbean Cruisin, Horseback Riding by Heritage Tours, the Wednesday Night Party at Da Conch Shack, and relaxing sunsets at Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches, all no more than a 20 min drive from Ulma’s place. I HIGHLY recommend Ulma’s property based on the space, amenities & location!

We cannot believe we found Peter’s place! We actually cancelled the booking we already had for this place. The fact that it comes with a rental car is so clutch. Peter was extremely communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed his place - way bigger than we thought it would be too! Highly recommend.

This Airbnb was awesome! La Vista is a gorgeous outdoor hotel with amazing views and amenities listed. Jason was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Great restaurants within the hotel and nearby. Beaches are amazing!

Wonderful place to stay on our vacation. Host was extremely responsive to all our questions. Loved the area and great place for snorkeling. Only thing to be aware of is the steps up to the condo. If you have problems climbing steps, you might want to look elsewhere.

This listing is a GEM! 💎 It is exactly as described - private and away from “all things touristy.” You nearly have a beach to yourself. The National Park is adjacent to the property which means you have beautiful land to stroll through or next to while you’re on the beach. Matt and Erin were so very helpful with their recommendations. There isn’t a thing they haven’t thought of to have in their apartment.

Danielle is a top notch hostess. She has provided helpful recos, always responsive and super friendly. The property is spacious, clean, quiet, with everything you need for a perfect stay including generous number of towels.

Second time staying at Yonette’s beautiful ocean view condo overlooking Turtle Cove. The views of Grace Bay are spectacular, the contrasts of the colors of the water on the bay are stunning! We went to 4 great restaurants in the area; each one has its own flair and food and drinks were delicious! Beach access is close by with beach chairs and great high quality beach towels provided, and the bath towels were just as luxurious, not your normal hotel towel! Queen Angel is very quiet, coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over Grace Bay and then enjoy the setting sun from the front porch before heading out to dinner! Love this place and the effort Yonette makes to create a home away from home. Property Manager Melicia was responsive, and helpful but we really didn’t any help because everything was perfect! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Yonette! Love your condo!

Highly recommend, great location, super host, A+ rating. Sean was very accessable and quick to respond to our needs and went above and beyond. accurately described in his pictures and description. I would definitely stay there again.
