Anjou Tourism classified 4-star manor house, nestled in an isolated valley since year 1475. Here, absolute silence is guaranteed, since nearest road is 2km away. La Villa Ventura, a classic manor house reserves its luxury only to the initiated. Secret and addictive adress with a bohemian chic spirit, lot of allure and a private heated salted swimming pool. Despite the feeling to be at the end of the world, Angers downtown is only 25 minutes away and supermarkets a 10 minutes drive.

Very nice 145 m2 house completely renovated on one level with its 400 m2 enclosed courtyard in the troglodyte village of Rochemenier. It consists of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and 40 m2 living room with large bay windows.
