NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Loft independiente,moderno y muy acogedor, cuenta con una cómoda cama doble de 140x200cm, y sofá-cama de 120x190cm. Con ventanales con persianas automáticas y muy luminoso. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar una estancia agradable, cocina completa, con horno, microondas, cafetera, baño con ducha, zona de estar con cómodo sofá, wifi, aire acondicionado y calefacción. A sólo una calle del metro de Puente de Vallecas y de un supermercado 24h. A sólo 10 min de metro de la Puerta del Sol.

Cool ,Urban & well appointed retreat in Malasaña.

I wanted to create a unique open space combining modern layout features, trendy furniture, traditional details and above all top qualities. The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. It reflects all the love and care I put into it. Is definitely a place that stimulates your senses and puts you on the right mood to discover such an amazing city.

Old Carpentry of Ventas 🛠️ [Loft - WiFi - Metro]

Hello, my loft welcome! It's modern and bright, and it's in the Ventas neighborhood, located on the edge of the central almond. 2 minutes from the Metro (direct to Sol) and several bus lines, as well as an urban bike path, which run through the city, with electric bike rentals. It was a former cabinetmaking workshop from the 50s, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with useful and images that I rescued from its previous use. It's unique! Enjoy it ;)

El gran parque del Retiro ,el gran pulmón de Madrid a tan solo unos pasos. Esta casa de 130 metros cuadrados en plena zona de museos,patrimonio de la humanidad de la UNESCO está además muy cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad . Conexión directa con el aeropuerto ,Comunicación inmejorable con autobús , metro y tren en la puerta. .

Quiet, charming loft in the center of Madrid

My hideaway, it is a quiet loft since it does not face the street, it is very well designed and is very comfortable.It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is very central with a 24-hour supermarket and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas sites. If it is Sunday you can walk to the trail, which is spectacular, walking to museums, retirement park, Atocha station and metro at 20m. Fully defected after every exit. We HOPE

The loft apartment inspired by Mediterranean architecture is entirely white and consists of a master suite, a full bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed with integrated mini kitchen. From the large front windows you can see the blue sky and the pines on the outside that contrast with their inner white. In the background in the master bedroom, there are large windows that also illuminate the stay. It has all the necessary comfort elements.
