Holiday rentals in Chame District

This condo is big and comfortable with an awesome balcony. We sat outside every morning and evening. Next door there are two restaurants and an awesome wine store with deli. The pool has lunch and bar service. You can walk or drive over to the hotel for more pools and bars and restaurants. The dryer did not work and the decor was slightly simpler but this was still a great value. We will be returning. You almost have the complex to yourself on weekdays and the beaches are extensive for walking. Definitely recommend.

A memorable stay. Everything just like in the photos. The view is unbeatable, and I appreciate there were no confusions with the instructions from the start. I definitely plan to come back. By the way, the WiFi was important since I needed to work from home, and it worked perfectly. Big thanks to Beth, who was attentive all the time. The highlight for me was the gym 💪.

Why come to Panama? The friendly people? The breathtaking Mountain views? The gorgeous beaches? Yep! All of the above. You're going to find all that and more right here. A relaxing 5 minute walk and you'll be shedding your sandals to trod the amazing black sand beaches in your bare feet then taking a dip in the warm Pacific waters. Be sure to bring sunscreen and a 6-pack of Balboa or Panama cerveca to quench your thirst. Come back to the Beach House Coronado, rinse off, and walk into the cool water of the pool to get reinvigorated. Marie always has tunes going on the patio and their kitten will keep you entertained. Take a day and make the 45 minute drive up to El Valle and enjoy hiking, zip-lining, and the butterfly habitat. Grab a cheap, filling lunch at one of the local spots and slip into the market from some fresh (and cheap) produce to take back with you and whip up a delicious dinner in your well-stocked kitchen. The next day run over to Rio Hato and peruse the morning's catch at the fish market, come back and spend the afternoon by the pool and enjoy the tranquility that is Panama. You'll be safe, happy, and full of not only great food, but great memories.

The apartment is clean, there is everything for a comfortable stay, the view is amazing, right on the beach, we could hear the waves 24/7. The kitchen is equipped very well, there is everything one would need on vacation. Miriam was very responsive to every issue we've had, everything was resolved quickly. Definitely recommend!

Communication with Proper Rents was perfect. We were kindly granted early check in without asking. The loft was more beautiful than described, and it was super clean and well equipped. We highly recommend it and will be back soon!

We had a wonderful time. Sandra was a very gracious and helpful host, who made us feel at home. The place was impeccable, meticulously equipped, and tastefully decorated. Our vacation here exceeded all expectations. The only regret? Not booking a longer stay! I found myself wishing for just a few more days to enjoy this perfect retreat.

Location, location, location! The condo is right on the beach, there are 4 swimming pools in this condo, excellent condo gym. This beach is good for swimming, not rocky.

Nice place to stay for long-term or short-term. Relax at the beach or the pool, play some golf, or walk around and get some fresh air. We enjoyed our just stay!
