Beautiful family home, quiet, with beautiful exteriors and beautiful walks nearby. The house is large with spacious living areas. Gregoire was very responsive to messages. A place to keep for future stays!

the house is spacious, the bedrooms are large and the bedding is of good quality. There were 10 of us. The 2 bathrooms and the 2 separate toilets are a real plus. The pool was not in service yet, the weather wasn't so ready yet. i recommend the house.

Very spacious gite in a very quiet village. Perfect for a weekend in the Ardennes.

Together with my Christian student association, we were able to enjoy the house for a midweek. The owners were very accommodating. We even got a bottle of champagne for our chic dinner. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen had everything to offer, the bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms and toilets. Location is at a perfect distance from Reims. Also, an aquapark at Lac du Der can be visited. In addition, we went to Joseph Perrier's champagne house. All definitely recommended!

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

We had a great weekend. The villa was very clean and its interior was well equipped, so the garden with its pool and hot tub. We absolutely do not regret it, I would recommend it to my loved ones without hesitation . Host was very communicative, nice. To escape the cities and come and spend a little time in a villa is an ideal place

We had a fab week here! The house is lovely and spacious and has everything you could want on a trip with lots of really thoughtful touches. The garden is a great space and fully enclosed so was perfect for our dog. The pool is bigger than the average private pool which was a real treat. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet and there are lots of nice routes for dog walking but with amenities just a short drive away.

Great for celebrating a family birthday. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 with 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and 3 with 1 bathroom on the second. There are several lounge areas, as well as on each floor. Books and games for entertainment and an office area for remote work. The dining room is huge with a game room at the back. Given the season, we couldn't enjoy the pool and garden but in summer it must be very nice. Dogs are accepted by the owner. We also appreciated her kindness and flexibility at all times. In short, nothing prevents us from coming back.

A great house to spend a beautiful weekend with family or friends. We don't see the time to pass. we want the weekend to last 5 more days. Nathalie is a super host, kind and very responsive i won't hesitate to rent again

Dan's place is great for a weekend with friends (for me it was to celebrate my 30th birthday). Everything is there: an exterior, enough beds, tables and chairs for a group of friends. In case of sunny days the barbecue and pool can be a great plus! Dan is very friendly and accommodating and communication is very fluid. I would this place without hesitation!

A big thank you to François! His house is ideal for a weekend with friends or family :) For a fairly humid weekend in May, François had heated the pool as well as the living room with the wood stove. The house is very nice, a large garden, a peaceful environment, spacious and bright rooms, brand new shower rooms and bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness. Francois was there to welcome us and give us all the useful information and recommendations for activities around. Our arrival and departure were flexible and allowed us to be more flexible in our organization. I can only recommend it, we'll be back :)
