Superb location, wonderful amenities, and great communication from host! We’ll definitely stay here again!

The pool is amazing very large and the water is nice and warm. The condo is well stocked. There was coffee and snacks and some basic spices for cooking. The gas grill works great . The kitchen is small but it was not an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. Kitchen was very up to date. Everything was tidy and had a nice aesthetic. Proximity to the lake is wonderful yet felt very private. Great communication from the host.

I was a solo traveler/guest, and I found the accommodations to be perfectly in line with what I wanted. Great location, including places to take routine walks. Nicely set up kitchen for the simple meal prep I wanted to do. Easy to get in and out of. Wonderful hosts who communicated regularly and made sure I was set up with what I needed. It also has really convenient access to freeways, so you can quickly get around town. A great stay!

Ariel was a fan radio host. she was extremely accommodating for what I needed and asked for. Apartment was spotless and perfect for what I needed. I will definitely keep her in mind for any other stays

I booked this for a work trip and it was exactly what I needed. The backyard was big enough for my pup to run around in and was kept clean. The house was well maintained. I really enjoyed the sauna and thought that was a great feature to have. There is also a riverwalk across the street where I was able to get a long distance run in with my dog during the week. There are also a couple restaurants within less than a quarter mile walking distance that have fantastic food and drinks. Safe and clean neighborhood. I highly recommend this listing.

Brenda and Mark’s place is great! It is a nice, safe, quiet community and the house has everything you need plus some. Our group was very comfortable. Brenda and Mark were easy to communicate with and were very prompt in all our communications. They were also flexible with our check in and check out needs. The next time I am in the Phoenix area I will check to see if it is available. Thank you Brenda and Mark for a great stay.

Brandi’s place is fantastic! Great location and a beautiful place to stay. She is very quick on her communication and was helpful with suggestions for the area. The home has every amenity you could need and the most peaceful and quiet backyard. I highly recommend this place.

If you’re viewing this place stop, you have found it! I truly enjoyed staying here, very clean and spacious. The hosts were so helpful and responsive to my needs, they also went above and beyond when my plans changed and I had to turnaround back to Gilbert. They started the hot tub prior to me getting there. I just love this property! A++++ I will be back in the near future.

Stayed for two weeks for an extended business trip and enjoyed spending time on the back patio and watching folks play golf. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of restaurants and amenities close by. One tip though, if you’re sensitive to noise when sleeping, you may want to pick a room other than the master. There were a few mornings where the golf course grooming woke me up at 4 am, but otherwise, everything was great and I’ll stay there again next time I have a long business trip to the area. Big thanks to Ting ting for the support during my stay.

Brandon and Nicole’s place is amazing. The backyard and pool is amazing. Great hosts with great communication and recommendations for the area. We also rented Brandon and Nicole’s Yukon XL which was also very nice. This made the experience seamless as the car was ready for us at the airport and drop off was a breeze. Can’t say enough good things we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing! John's home is a perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy time by the water. The listing is 100% accurate. The communication was quick and clear. The home is in such a great location. John was a dream host. Thankful for the opportunity to stay there.

If you are on the fence about which place to stay, this is the one. The little lake is stunning and such a joy. Whether you take the boat for a ride or sit by the fire pit, it will make for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Not to mention the wonderful heated pool. We had a blast. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, yet 20 minutes from everything. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Very responsive hosts with clear check in instructions. The loft was cute and nicely decorated. Having 24 hour access to the hot tub and pool was really nice!

Such a beautiful place! Beautiful grounds, pool, and sport court that my family took full advantage of. The condo itself was so clean and comfortable. The beds needed to come home with us they were so perfect! We will definitely return if we are in the area again!

This was a last minute reservation due to a family emergency. Evan was incredibly compassionate and flexible, especially dealing with several of us arriving from different locations and at different times with a bit of miscommunication among my family. He went out of his way to communicate and more directly interact with us to make it all easier to deal with. The apartment was lovely and extremely convenient to everything in Tempe. 10/10 recommend

Alan was a true super host! Always responded quickly. The space is bright, clean and cheerful. We are in town for cancer treatments and found this place perfect. Very friendly neighbors also. We found guest parking just outside the door except one time so parking wasn’t a problem for us. Thanks Alan!!

Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Also, the little things, which are actually huge conveniences, were always on hand .. such as pool towels, coffee, tea, spices, etc… excellent service, hospitality in a sparkling clean and comfortable home !!! Thank you !!!
