Alex was extremely responsive. We had difficulty finding the thermostat and the front door lock started beeping due to a low battery. He was swift in helping us out.

Very comfortable stay and easy check in! Beautiful neighborhood in the hills, close to everything. I was in town seeing shows at the Hollywood Bowl and walked there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Great location and a great place!

Me and my Family had a wonderful time at Sean’s place Neighbor was quiet and clean. Everything we needed was 5 min away Sean was committed to making sure we didn’t have any issues Hot water heater stop working, Sean purchased and had it installed within 2hrs If Sean is still around I will reach out again Thank you Sean

House was extremely clean; host Linda - very responsive; easy to get into the unit and everything was as described. The view from the living room was great - San Gabriel mountains on a clear day. we were close to many restaurants in Monterey Park, Alhambra, and to Huntington Library gardens. Easy access to Arts District, Little Tokyo, Chinatown.

Easy check in/out, clean and spacious home! The master bedroom alone makes this booking worth it! We have a crawling toddler so having a clean and clutter-free space was amazing! The living room couch was our fav! Sooo comfy! Would definitely boook again. Thank you for everything!

Great little studio apartment feel right by the Newport Pier. Very clean and stylish studio with all things necessary for the stay. Easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the boardwalk. Nice to have parking as well.

I met Nickolas the moment I checked in he helped with my bags (I had a lot) the apt was outstanding and furnished beautifully. The space is perfect with a lovely roof top terrace. The only down side is the visit was to short. I would happy book again

Great stay. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—central to all the places we needed to visit and conveniently close to family in the area. The home was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it an ideal spot for our family trip.

Emilio was a very responsive host. The house had a minimalist modern style which we liked, you had to open the gate to get to the property and designated parking spaces.

We absolutely loved our stay! Apart from being the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed at, Warren’s place was incredibly stylish & cozy. Every morning before heading out, we jammed out to Lauryn hill, Fleetwood Mac & other cool records they had! The beds/pillows were super comfortable, good quality towels & the place was very clean. Great location & local recs. Parking was easy to find and the area was convenient + quiet. We would gladly return (and hope to do so soon!). Hoping this place is available for the LA’28 Olympics :). Warren was very responsive & offered cleared instructions, great hosts! 10000/10

10 minutes from Universal Studios so it was the perfect location for us! Very clean and just like the pictures.

Apartamento served us well for the period we stayed in. The bathroom should be cleaner - the bathtub and curtain were dirty, but overall it was fine. Jason was very requested!

We enjoyed our stay at Wally’s property. Close to our family, who we were visiting. Everything we needed was there, plenty of space, clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay here ! We loved that everything was new and remodeled .The little town of Summerland and the beautiful beach were a short 5 min walk away . From Montecito being a short 8 min drive away for a grocery store or bakery everything is so conveniently located ! Very accessible to bike trails and a short drive away to some very nice hiking trails ! Quiet neighbour hood overall at night . Truly a hidden gem .

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Amanda’s place was perfect, just what we needed for our stay in Ventura. It’s close to the beach and easy access to the highway if you’re venturing out to Santa Barbara or surrounding areas. The house was IMMACULATE - very clean and had everything we needed to relax, cook and feel right at home. Her two Ventura listings are a duplex- these would be PERFECT to rent for two families or groups traveling together. We rented just one side and our stay was quiet and tranquil. On a personal level, Amanda is a kind and thoughtful host with excellent communication. She knew the area really well and gave us some great suggestions for favorite food stops in the area. 10/10 would recommend a stay with Amanda!

Anna’s place is as close as you can get to Disneyland without actually staying on property. It’s basically staying on property though! It was the perfect spot that you can walk back to when you needed a break in the afternoon and head back into the park in the evenings! Our family enjoyed our stay here very much!

Wonderful, clean and quiet house, which has everything we need for one week stay. It only takes 15 mins driving to Anaheim convention center, and blocks away from the supermarket and some restaurants. Kady was very nice and responsive, answered all of our questions. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend it.

This is an incredible stay. It’s extremely close to everything and about as walkable as it gets. The space is beautiful and clean, and I found it had everything we needed. There are also great outside areas to relax and unwind. Sabrina is extremely responsive & kind and even let me check in much earlier than usual. Highly recommend!
