Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Channel Islands of California

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sah exakt so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Auch ist die Küche einigermaßen gut ausgestattet, so dass wir kochen konnten. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gut und es finden sich Supermärkte und Spielplätze in der Nähe. Einzig die Tankstelle (direkt neben den Schlafzimmern) ist teilweise etwas laut, wenn man früh schlafen gehen möchte. Als wir kurzzeitig ein Problem hatten, war Ana sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet.

Place is clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. Safe neighborhood and this is my 3rd time booking with Georgette. A+++

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

무엇보다도 잭은 언제나 친절하고 신속하게 답변했어요. 수건이 더 필요하다고 하니 새 수건을 사다 주었습니다. 집은 잘 정돈되 있었고, 집에서 음식을 해먹기에 편안하고 실속있는 주방이였어요. 다음번에도 잭의 숙소를 이용하고 싶어요. 마지막 체크아웃때에도 저희가 쓰레기, 디쉬워시 등을 신경쓰지 않도록 해줬어요. 그냥 모든건 청소부가 알아서 해준다고해서 시간적으로 너무 여유로웠어요. 그 점이 다른 일부 에어비앤비 숙소와 다르기도 했어요.또한 잭은 저희에게 10불 스타벅스 카드를 선물하기도 했어요. 제가 경험한 최고의 호스트 였어요. 잭! 너무너무 고마워요

Wonderful stay in Beverly Hills. First off, the location is great. We felt very safe and were close to restaurants and businesses. The house itself was nice and exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean. I had asked Mary about the possibility of an early check in a few weeks before our arrival and she said she would try to accommodate us if she could. I messaged her the day of arrival and we did get to check in early! It was so great after a long haul flight. Mary was always very responsive with any inquiries we had and replied in a super timely manner. I was so thankful for that. I would highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat or any of Mary’s other listings! I was extremely pleased with our entire stay.

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

Everything was perfect Lois took great care of us. She text me first to make sure we made it and we feel comfortable and when we seat outside and we figured the propane was empty she came right away with a new one to let us enjoy the outside area which was one of the best part of the house! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Mark was very responsive on check-in day, as well as throughout the week. If we had any questions, Mark had the answer. The Airbnb is a short drive from several different restaurants and bakeries, making it conveniently located. I wouldn't say it's walkable to restaurants/grocery stores, but it's doable. We enjoyed being able to drive less than 10 minutes to get what we need for day-to-day things. One thing to keep in mind is that it's at least 20 minutes away from the LAX airport with moderate traffic. Mark does have a garage available for his guest's car(s). The fact that there are two bathrooms makes it very nice, since we had more than 4 guests staying. Hot water got hot quickly, so it's great if you enjoy that. Turning the lights on was a little tricky at first, but super easy once you know how (they're dimmable/adjustable!). There are a couple desks for working/reading, and the kitchen amenities are standard. Can't go wrong with this rental; I recommend it!

Yongda was a wonderful host. Was very quick to respond when I messaged. I went out the front door without a key and shut it and locked myself out. Yongda had me back inside within minutes of reaching out to him. The house was wonderful inside. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. The location felt very safe. The yard is huge. The location is conveniently situated near places we needed to get to and new ones that we discovered. There is ample space inside, a very comfortable living room and great beds!

Superb place to stay at a great location, especially to catch a Lakers game! Check in was very easy with clear instructions, and the place is pristine and well appointed. Most notably, the hosts were always in close communication and immediately responded to any questions we had. Will certainly return if back in LA!

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed! It’s beautifully located, easy to find, and Trevor’s instructions were so helpful! The description and photos matched exactly, and the golf cart for the entirety of your stay is SUCH a plus since you can only rent for a couple hours on the island. Trevor was so flexible, responsive, and I greatly appreciated that as a first-time visitor. Can’t recommend enough and really hope to be back soon!!

We loved our 4 nights in Avalon! Our 18 yr old daughter brought along 2 friends so there were 5 of us. Plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and couch. Nicely appointed kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood but super easy walk to the main area. Would definitely stay here again.

Hugh and Chela were great hosts. The condo was everything that we expected and extremely affordable in compared to other rentals. It is about 10 minute walk from the beach and downtown. We loved that a golf cart was an option, and we enjoyed it. We are very appreciative that Hugh allowed us a later check-out.
