My accommodation is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 children or with friends of 5 adults. On a plot and flower gardens of 2000 m² fully enclosed with gate. Carefully renovated and rated 3 stars. WIFI heated SWIMMING POOL access from May to September 1 hour to the Ardèche or Vercors gorges. Wine Route, Cote du Rhone, Châteaux de la Drome, town of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provencal landscapes, roads lined with lavender and olive trees.

In a charming little Provencal village, in a magnificent valley, in the heart of the Olives and apricot trees, beautiful 100 m² stone house surrounded by a huge terrace overlooking an exceptional view of the Old Village and the valley. Completely renovated, spacious contemporary kitchen, fully equipped, overlooking the living room, dining room. Bright and quiet. Sunny and view of the mountains. My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children). There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the Château de Grignan(20 km),the Ardèche gorges (20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Electric banne store with its remote control. Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so no party.

Old house with heated swimming pool in season

House without vis-a vis is 700m from beautiful village. May-October heated swimming pool, protective cover to pull if necessary. 8 km from Nyons. Great as a starting point - great walks and exceptional sights to visit nearby . River., view of the hills . Reversible air conditioning in upstairs bedroom and dysons , fans /air purifiers, I will be discreetly on site-in studio ( behind the house) with our nice doggies. Pets allowed by agreement.

In the heart of the Drome Valley, our secluded home is two kilometers from the village of Saillans. Starting with GR trails, it has stunning views of the Trois Becs. Our agricultural activity mixes with a rich nature and promotes biodiversity. The sheep graze around the house from October to May and leave for the alpine during the summer period. We also have a backyard where rabbit and chickens live. We also make essential oil and hydrolat.
