Family-friendly holiday rentals in Chao Phraya River

The place was incredibly beautiful and well kept, felt homey & was very modern. Jane is also very responsive and helpful in terms of communication. The location is on a tight street so there is usually congestion/traffic to be mindful of when catching a taxi to and from. However it is in a great area and walkable to popular streets and areas. This area is also more so full of Japanese tourists so there are a lot of Japanese catered stores which is a nice change to the usual.

Very spacious and clean. The apartment is in a very private area off the main road so it’s quiet and peaceful. A bit of a walk to the BTS station but they have a free shuttle to the main road so it’s fine. We had a group of 7 and we enjoyed our stay. Only comment I’d make is the mattress and pillows might need changing as they seemed rather firm.

Right next to the light rail, there is also a big mall, there are very many food in it, there are many convenience stores around, and the atmosphere of local life, the pool is good, the scenery is also good

I was more than pleased with the accomdation and the Detail that this host went to by providing so many amenities, from the kitchen to the bathroom infact the entire apartmen was equipped with so many items even little things like a torch & insect repellant. the accommodation was modern extremely clean and well furnished. the host met us on the first night as we requested a 2nd key he was very friendly and met with us in the lobby so I'm very happy to say we made a good choice to stay at taak & Vora's place. definitely one of the best I have stayed at . I highly recommend the accommodation and location.

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

Great place to base from to see Kanchaburi. Better with own transport but cabs are affordable. Loud music from river traffic is real. Best to just enjoy it. This place is visually stunning, but the area it is in, is louder than you expect. It is quiet at night, fortunately. There's a great restaurant 750 meters away.

I highly recommend and would return to Ohm’s canal house. My friend and I enjoyed having our own rooms. Loved waking up to the birds and looking over the canal. The beds were very comfortable (on the firmer side), and the place was spotless. It was conveniently located in the Wat Arun neighborhood and easy access to the pier where you can go to various other tourist attractions such as the ‘grand palace’ and ‘reclining Buddha’. It is located in a friendly neighbourhood with their restaurant overlooking the canal. They gave many food suggestions and local Thai eats just walking distance front their place. The cute cafe “Priscilla Ice cream” is a must! They serve savoury breakfast, lunch, and delicious homemade ice cream. We hope to come back again soon! Thank you to the entire team at ‘the canal house’. They went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding.

A beautiful oasis not far from the bustling streets of Bangkok. We stayed for 5 nights and especially enjoyed the beautiful garden. 100% recommended!

This property is located in the western area of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, outside the central business district but conveniently close to Bang Sue Grand Station by bus or taxi. Although it is not within walking distance to the MRT, you can easily call a Grab car or taxi to reach the nearest MRT stations with the cheap price. Typically, we recommend using Grab for its convenience, allowing you to pin your location from your mobile phone. You can order various types of foods and dining from Grab food. Additionally, you can enjoy a scenic boat ride from the nearby pier and market The townhouse is newly decorated, very nice, and clean. Located within an authentic Thai community, it offers easy access from the main street. The surrounding western area of Bangkok is rich with historical sites, temples, traditional Thai markets, cafes, restaurants, and boat sightseeing opportunities, providing a good atmosphere and new experiences. This property is ideal for travelers and families

We spent one night in Tom‘s house as it is situated very convenient to get picked up for trips to Ko Chang and Ko Mak. The house offers everything you need in a very calm Environment. Tom‘s is friendly and caring. Once you stay there make sure to walk to 7/11 and eat with the family opposite 7/11. You will be amazed how welcoming and friendly those people are. And the food is deliciois

Benny is very friendly. He gave us clear instructions and photos are matching with the place. It's very close to BTS (walkable distance). When we asked him something, he was always super reactive. Several examples are for more recommendations, he gave us several ones when we asked him. Same when we asked for additional toilet paper, laundry powder or even for lower pillows as the initial ones were too high for us. Overall, we had a good stay!

If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay out of the city and its stress, I suggest you this lovely villa with private pool. it's not far from Bangkok but feels like you are out of that crowd.

Mai was an amazing host! very responsive and kind in accommodating requests. The place is also as listed. The location is a little far from the center and might be hard to flag a cab but it was quiet and worth the price.

Convenient location with access to the skytrain, nice pool and gym facilities as well!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is excellent—close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Salvatore and dannie were very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 4. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Salvatore’s. Definitely will be back again.

The place is great for a relaxing vacation, it would be better if there were other guests in the room that were clearly opposite.
