The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with king size beds. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. Rural French idyll next to the river

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.

Chatenet Holiday Gites - entier - grand espace.

A large, impressive space for social living, ideal for families; enclosed garden with its pool (private) offers a safe space for children to play, including slide, swings and small sandpit. The air conditioned gites all have private terraces offering views across the valley with fields of sunflowers and vines. The owners live on site, in a separate residence, and are always on hand to help. Licensed - able to offer wine tastings and sales.

Great for gatherings with family or friends. Large upstairs bedrooms and friendly common areas. Foosball, ping pong, video projector. Outside, garden and covered terrace. The charm of this 18th century house also lies in its location near a river with a beach, recreation area and open-air café, which is accessed directly from the garden (fenced) without taking the road. All everyday shops are within walking distance.
