It was perfect for my needs with all the essentials for a pied à terre during a weekend in Quebec City. I would 100% recommend!

Dave met us outside the place and gave us a brief tour and fabulous suggestions. We had a blizzard blow in during our stay and Dave was a great help with parking and suggestions for how to make the most of the city. The street is a bit busy, but that’s because it’s so accessible to the old quarter. If you’re willing to walk a bit it’s very convenient to get to Frontenac, a park with ice skating, and XC skiing, running, or cycling along the River. St. Joseph around the corner has a great market and several eateries and fun spots for drinks only 5-10 away. We had a great stay despite the blizzard!

This place worked out really well for our final night in Quebec. With only a few short hours to explore Vieux Quebec the central location was perfect. We picked a restaurant only later to realize it was on the same block. The loft was a very neat experience for us and our two kids and the space was clean and cozy. Thanks!

Stephanie was very responsive to all our questions. We were very close to the cross country ski area and were sad that we had to leave early due to rain.

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

The place was everything we had expected. It was comfortable and spacious. The owner was in touch a couple times to ensure all was well. It met all our expectations.

I can see the St Lawrence River with floating ice. The river is flowing slowly and near the bank is frozen. This place is great. It is quite easy to find. We arrive at night, Hubert keep the lights on. It is very clean, varm, feels like home. There was snow storm on Sunday night. Hubert clean the snow for us on 4 a.m. We are very appreciate.

Beautiful weekend on the island of Orleans with a breathtaking view. The house is large with all the necessities to accommodate a group, cooking, spa, sauna, activities near the house (vineyards, microbrewery). Karim was a great host, responded to all our messages very quickly and fixed the small glitches quickly and efficiently. I would recommend 100%, and would go back in the future.

Very nice stay in Quebec City. Very well located house with a magnificent view of the river and Ile d 'Orléans. Comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. We would recommend it.

They are pleasant hosts who are very responsive, quick response to messages It's for us become a tradition it's our 3rd year when we kind of end our ski season by enjoying their spa location also very much appreciated after a beautiful day on the slopes

We had a lovely stay at Marie-Lee's apartment which is very well equipped. Parking is an advantage +++. We were a little bothered by the street noise at night ( the bedroom overlooks a big avenue) but with earplugs it's okay. We live in the countryside and are not always used to these noises. The proximity to the city center is great, we were able to do anything on foot. We recommend this listing because it's really complete and cozy

It's a great place, it's clean and beautiful. You have everything you need and you quickly feel at home. It's a little noisy, but it's located on a boulevard so it's normal.

Amazing place, it had all the amenities and more that you need! Lots of stores are in walkable distance and the old Quebec City is very close as well. The only tricky thing is the parking spot because we had a larger vehicle but other than that it’s an amazing place

This was a great place to stay to explore Quebec. 30min walk to Old Quebec (lots of stairs but manageable), and a number of great restaurants and coffee shops right next door. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and had all the basics needed for cooking meals as well. Great experience overall!

Our stay was peaceful, private, and we loved the space. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. A short 20 minute drive into the city gives you everything you’re looking for. We really enjoyed being away from the bustle of the city but close enough to easily get to restaurants, the spa, and attractions. The views from the home were incredible. Definitely recommend this space and a stay here!
