My family and I loved the place. Very spacious and cozy with a retro vibe. Perfect for adults and children as well. Straight, convenient and short walk to the beach. I would love to stay again.

Hands-down the best rental we have ever stayed at! Folly Island is a truly special place that is unlike anywhere we have been. The bungalow is nestled between trees and is in an amazing location near the beach and all the restaurants and shops. We loved sitting out front, relaxing on the back deck, and spending way too much time in the hot tub! I will most definitely be recommending this cottage to others and will be counting down the days until we can come back!

This place is better than the pictures. It’s a large two bedroom house, very comfortable, with nice furniture and kitchenware. There’s everything you need for a great stay. The porch is a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the setting. And the dock is perfect for fishing or just contemplation with lots of birds and the occasional visit of dolphins. I highly recommend staying here.

We were very pleased with this stay! The hosts were friendly and informative, the home was exceptionally clean (one of the cleanest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed in), and the location was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. We’ve unfortunately had some places that were not true to the description or photos, but not the case here at all. The photos were very accurate, and actually, some of the furniture had been upgraded to better or larger pieces since the listing photos were taken. The kitchen has all the essentials and some extra appliances you might want. If you plan to do a lot of cooking though, you’ll likely want to bring a few of your most used items. We had a rainy day or two while we were there and appreciated that there were some games and puzzles provided. We were there for the holidays and were pleasantly surprised to find a small lighted tree. Those kinds of small touches made this such a lovely stay! We would definitely book again if we return to Folly Beach.

Alicia is an amazing host! They helped us so much and were so awesome at communication and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It is close to downtown and the beach. You will have a great stay and visit to Charleston!

Our family Airbnb's frequently each year. We love Isle of Palms and always try to find an Airbnb that's unique and feels like home. This one is absolutely wonderful! It matches the description perfectly and has plenty of amenities and supplies. Location is great...so close to beach and restaurants. Sitting on a small hill, it provides a great view and separation from the neighbors. Crows nest is fantastic as is the hot tub. The pool is beautiful but was too cold outside for us to use (we opted to not heat it as outside temp was around 50 degrees). Summertime temps would make that pool so enjoyable. Inside of house is unique, like a cottage and has several sleeping areas and is very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen has a nice ice maker plus all the small appliances and cookware/dishes that you need. Beds are probably the most comfortable that we have ever slept on in a rental home. We really liked the enclosed front porch as well. This home is a perfect stay and we enjoyed it immensely.

The Key Lime Lounge was a great Folly Beach getaway. We love Chico Feo, Lowlife and Bert's all of which were close and walkable. The screened in deck on the back of the house was wonderful. Thanks for a great time!

Michael’s place looked exactly like the pictures and Seabrook was beautiful! Clean space, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to beach club/ocean by 10-15 minute scenic walk. There are quite a few instructions and different forms/additional payments needed prior to booking, which was a bit more taxing than booking other airbnbs. However, a lot of it due to the Airbnb location/Seabrook requirements and the host is apologetic. It all worked out fine once there, but making sure all boxes were checked prior to arrival was a bit tasky. I would maybe suggest this rental for a week or more versus just a weekend. The amenity cards are also “all or nothing” so if you have other things you are planning to do other than hangout at the island daily, you will still be paying for that day’s amenities. Again, not the host’s fault, but good to know as the renter. Overall, great place to stay and would recommend/stay again!
