Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

This newly renovated building is on Front St in the heart of Traverse City with views of the Boardman river and West Grand Traverse Bay. This listing is for the upper unit with private access to a rooftop deck with a new hot tub! There is an outdoor dining table and two sets of 4 chairs. 2 King Beds each with their own full bathrooms w/ tile showers. High speed fiber internet, quiet and new comfortable AC and heat. Third floor but only one flight of stairs to the unit.
