Great location: excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, right next to public transportation. Surprisingly large rooms.

What a great stay in Berlin! Sven was superb with his communication throughout, and his directions on how to get to the apartment from the airport were extremely detailed, especially helpful for some of our party who had not been to Berlin before. We were a party of five, here to run the Berlin Half Marathon. The location of the apartment is great. It is clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We can't recommend this place enough. Great apartment and host.

We had a great time staying at Sven's place. From the outset Sven was very communicative and kindly arranged for us to leave our bags at the apartment before we checked in as we arrived early. The kitchen is small (a galley kitchen) but manages to pack in everything you will need. The beds were comfortable and despite us being in a built up area it was very quiet at night. The location is excellent with a metro station literally outside and two others very close by. It's not a particulary 'pretty' area but it has all the amenities you will need with bakeries and supermarkets and some good take-out places. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything suited us great.

Great space and location. Only thing is there was no AC and no big windows to open in the main area so it was a little toasty during the day so we kept the front door open for a breeze. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy

This apartment has every amenity and is perfectly outfitted. Unlike many places there was ample closet and clothes storage space. The bed was almost too comfortable! Clean and spacious and highly recommended.

An absolutely wonderful place for quality time for two! In the price Inc is the wellness landscape we had for us all weekend! Super friendly staff, very tasty breakfast and cozy feel well room amenities and atmosphere, highly recommended. We will come back to everyone!

A very cozy and clean apartment right next to the S-Bahn. We were very pleased!

Bombastic location, super central. The room was clean and beautiful and a huge bathtub right in the middle – phenomenal. The essentials that were available (whether coffee or tea, extra fresh towels or the water in the room) were also a great service. and the roof terrace 🤩We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
