Apartment located on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms and its terrace. - Large sunny living/dining room overlooking the terrace (sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet, large flat screen, dining table); - Fully equipped American kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction plate, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, assorted dishes and glasses. - Laundry room with washing machine - Master suite: double bed 160×200, bedside tables, dressing room, shower room with shower. -Room with workshop window with a bed of 2 places 140×200 and its adjoining shower room -Duplex room with 2 single beds 90×200 with bathroom and adjoining toilet. Baby chair and umbrella bed available on request. Booklets and brochures on museums, visits to Bordeaux are at your disposal in the accommodation. Entire home available Located in the Chartrons district, the apartment has a multitude of shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket) as well as bus and tram to reach the city center in 15 minutes. The best way to get around Bordeaux is by tram, it will take you directly to the city center (4 stops) of the Grand Théâtre. A Vcub station (city bike rental) is close to the apartment. From Bordeaux St Jean station Take tram C stop stop Quinquonce, pick up tram B ( direction Cité des vins, Berges de la garonne) stop Cours du Medoc. 5 minutes walk and you have arrived at your destination. Bordeaux Airport: Bus: take line 1 stop at Palais de Justice , pick up line 4 ( direction St Louis) stop at Gaussen or St martial. 2 minutes walk and you have arrived. The rental includes the provision of sheets and towels ,the dishes must be made ,the trash cans emptied and the towels used must be in the laundry basket as well as the sheets before departure.

You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the center of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant living room of 32 m2, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas of the living room each equipped with a comfortable mattress of 80/200cm. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, induction plates, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public car parks are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes on foot. Attention the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. I will be at the disposal of travelers before and throughout their stay in order to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities ... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy on foot the whole city of Bordeaux: the Gambetta square, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants. You benefit from all public transport (bus and tram) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as airport shuttles, taxis and public car parks. You will be 10 minutes by tram from Saint Jean train station. We thank our guests for respecting the tranquility of the place, our apartment is not suitable for partying.

Come and discover the charm of Bordeaux and its region in this pleasant apartment close to the Public Garden. A quiet and welcoming area a few steps from the city center. This T2 of 51 m2 on the ground floor is very bright and can accommodate up to 3 passengers. Beautiful and comfortable flat , 50m2 of charm and stylish furnitures. Beautiful view on river Garonne with little balconies. In the lively area of the city, ideal for visiting the city on foot. Have a drink on the balcony and go down to dinner on the docks! 3rd floor, no elevator. Check-in 3:00 - 8:00. No late arrivals. 3rd floor without elevator. Difficult to access area by car, public paid parking.
