Beautiful Portuguese farm cottage nº 32172/AL

Experience life in the Portuguese countryside in a traditional family owned Quinta! Perfect for families with children :) Location: Located in the center of the village Vale, Arcos de Valdevez just across the street from the church, the whole property has more than 6 hectares, it’s located in one of the most famous wine regions (vinho verde) in the country and it offers the insights of traditional farming in Northern Portugal. Description: Your home is a cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. In the living room there is an expandable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel like home and the bathroom has a shower with hot water. We try to arrange the privacy and comfort of modern home in a rustic environment. Activities: In this Quinta (Portuguese farm) you can admire the great view of the whole valley, take a nice walk (1 km) to a small waterfall and natural swimming pool, enjoy some quality time with the pigs, sheep or ducks on the property or taste the home made jams, smoked meat or liquors produced by the owner. For the nature lovers this is the place to start a hike in Peneda-Geres National Park and there is a local company that organizes tours and canoe rides. Getting around I you arrive by car, free parking is available on site. Closest city is Arcos de Valdevez (8 km away). It is well connected by bus with Porto, Lisbon, Braga and there is a direct bus from Porto airport. From Arcos to Vale there is a local bus service twice a day and taxi is available for around 10 euros. Pick up can be arranged for a fee, if agreed beforehand.

The house is located in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, a biosphere reserve in a secluded location, good access. Vila de Ponte da Barca at 13 Km, Braga and Viana do Castelo 40 km away. Access to the lagoons of the house itself at 100 meters. waterfalls from Ermida 3 km away. Coffee and mini market 600 meters away. Restaurant 3 km.

Beiral recuperado e independente, integrado na Quinta do Crasto, com paisagens deslumbrantes e actividades diversificadas. A 7 km do centro de Marco de Canaveses e a 12 km do rio Douro a Quinta do Crasto situa-se na meia encosta da serra de Montedeiras. Sobranceira a Tongobriga, é por isso recomendável para quem gosta de percurso pedonais e BTT, onde poderá apreciar o antigo Trilho da Água, que trespassa a propriedade, de forma a chegar aquela antiga povoação romana. Solar Piedade - FANTASTIC 5 bedroom villa

The amount of free space available, the hability to smell a fresher air under the threes of the garden, the amount of light the property has inside and outside. The supermarket with baker and butcher 100 meters from the gate; not seeing or hearing any neighbours and being hable to hear birds sing from morning to nightfall. The safety of letting the kids play outside without concerns. The diferent smells of the flours, and always have some kind of outside activity to do.
