Clair was an amazing host. She answered quick when I messaged and the caravan was absolutely perfect for me and my two kiddies. Well kitted out and very clean. Lizz was a fabulous host and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were going to arrive at the destination prior to the check-in time but Lizz said we were welcome to park on the driveway and come in to use the bathroom. The accommodation is lovely, very comfortable and equipped with anything we could possibly need, including tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a fabulous meal at the local tapas restaurant, again recommended by Lizz. The location is perfect, so peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the town. All in all a perfect stay, we will be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! What a beautiful little place to stay at! Our family had a great time! Spacious cabin with all amenities. Fire pit, and hot tub were great additions! Booked the massages at Zen @ Venn which were so worth it! Do it! We didn't book the games room or pool as we had a dog and baby with us so didn't think we would be able to make full use. Some other reviews mentioned the parking, it does not take away from the atmosphere and it is not in an industrial estate, that's an exaggeration. It is right in front of the cabin and the whole stay was great. Bedrooms were big and enough space for 6 adults, a dog and a baby. Two bathrooms, shower and bath. Hosts were so responsive and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Thank you ❤️ We will be coming again!

The bungalow was lovely with very comfortable sofas and the coffee machine a great addition. There were a few issues but Jamie was very responsive and went to a great effort to rectify the situation with great communication. Would recommend the gin distillery tour in Chatham and a take away from the taste of India. Overall Jamie was a great host who definitely cares about guest experience and I would recommend a visit to the bungalow.

We were looking for a bolt hole for New Years within easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants as well as having nice walks. At the same time we wanted peace and comfort when we needed it, just like home. 2 Whitepost fitted the bill 100%, lovely welcome pack, the place was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable and cosy. Shops, restaurants, pubs, beach, etc are on your doorstep. Couldn’t ask for a better host, but to be honest we didn’t really need to make contact during the stay as everything was so well explained, but Guy was there if we needed him. Private, secure parking was a massive bonus in Whitstable. Can’t recommend the place highly enough, we will definitely book again for a different time of year. Thanks for looking after us so well.

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

Location, location, location! This is a great location for any tourist, it is safe and walkable to the Tower Bridge, crow jewels, Borough Market, London Bridge, Spitalfields Market, the underground, restaurants and so much more. The hosts is very responsive and happy to provide recommendations. Great communication before, during and afterwards. It is a very family friendly place too.

The Cart Lodge was a beautiful place to stay, it was homely yet still very well kept and decorated. The house was very clean and tidy and easy to access.

Exquisite is the description that comes to mind—the decor, the atmosphere….it’s all exquisite. In addition, Kemal was very responsive and answered questions professionally.
