Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chelsea, Manhattan

Martha and Pat are among the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. Very warm, helpful and interesting. I hope we see each other again.

Very nice and clean space! It is on the third floor so there are stairs to be mindful of but overall, great stay for a quick business trip.

My group and I loved this space. The location was in the heart of Newark with a small commute to American Dream Mall. Our commute to NYC was 56 minutes with traffic which wasn’t a bother. The host communicated in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. We felt at home easily since the stay was equipped with many amenities we use daily. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Newark!

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

Ben’s house was truly a storybook stay! Our family came into town for the Holidays to visit our daughter who lives a few towns over. The house is very charming and well equipped with everything you would need for any length stay. The location is really awesome! Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops that are walkable. The highlight of our stay was the train station right next door, it made going in and out of New York City very easy and pleasant. Overall Ben was a great host, he went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and we will be sure to look his house up again when we come back to the area.

My family of 4 (kids 2&3 years old) had a great stay here. We took the ferry with a free shuttle into the city. Jen's instructions were spot on. I love that there is an air-fryer. It made reheating food so much better. Also it included plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate. I could go on and on. Definitely recommend and good for families.

To find accommodation where the pictures match the reality is relatively rare, but in this case they undersell the property. Really pleasant stay in this excellent apartment. The property is well furnished. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of kitchen equipment to ensure that anything you can cook at home can also be prepared while away. The only potential downside to the living space is that one of the bedrooms is an internal room with no window. Having said that it’s well ventilated and my kids slept better than they do at home. The onsite facilities are excellent. All of the pictures match reality with the kids having fun in the soccer, basketball rooms and games lounge. The views from the apartment are spectacular with expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty in the distance from the terrace. Bottom line is that this is an exceptional property with great facilities well managed by attentive hosts. We will definitely return!

I rented with Evelyn in October 2023 and I loved staying with her so much that I booked with her again this year! Evelyn responds very quickly when contacted. Also, the location looked exactly like the pictures! Evelyn made sure it was very clean and welcoming and she also had oatmeal and coffee there as well as cold water in a filtered pitcher in the refrigerator in anticipation of our arrival! There were also plenty of linens in addition to shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and an iron so you can save some time and space and not have to bring those items with you! Evelyn is an amazing host and anytime I am in the area and need to book, I will always book with her if she is available! Thank you Evelyn for another great trip!!

Very good accommodation. The location is excellent, both to tour the area and to go anywhere in Manhattan because it has metro stations very close by. The room complies with the necessary and everything is very clean. Breakfast is a very favorable point, it is a hot drink and something to eat of your choice, it is not an abundant breakfast but very rich and of good quality, and you leave the hotel ready to tour!

The Brooklyn Pink is a perfect little pink getaway! The space is so cute and cozy. Ahmad was an excellent host - very responsive to our questions and requests, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

ELEANOR WAS THE BEST HOST EVER!!The house was very clean,easy to find very safe neighborhood.She helped me a lot when it came to asking numerous questions I had about travel and how to get around.she also made sure I had some snacks for when I arrived.Very thoughtful of her. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. They were super loud all through the night (almost thought they were tap dancers) because they were so loud. I honestly don’t think they sleep at all! It was very loud through out the day and night.. if you don’t mind the loudness then you will be okay! But other than that it was a terrific stay..and Eleanor was absolutely wonderful 🩷

We had a wonderful stay at Brian's place! The apt was exactly as depicted and spotlessly clean. Brian's communication leading up to and throughout our stay was stellar. His instructions for contactless access to the unit were clear and easy to follow. In addition, he providing lots of recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. The apt's location is excellent - on a very quiet and lovely brownstone-lined block, with ample parking and a VERY short walk from beautiful Prospect Park, but also very close to plenty of restaurants and shops including an excellent grocery. If the weather had been better, I'm sure we would have made good use of the backyard that was for our sole use during our stay. To our delight, Brian generously pre-stocked the fridge with milk and OJ and provided cornflakes and cheerios for breakfast as well as tea and coffee. Plenty of towels were also provided along with clean and comfy linen and a very comfy bed. We can't wait to stay again!

Yolima's place was just as described. Very close to the bus stops that take you to the Port Authority bus terminal into NYC. The space was charming and clean. We met Maria upon arrival, and she was so nice! She provided us with helpful information and left breakfast essentials for us as a welcome gift. This apartment had all we needed. Definitely recommend!

Tonja and Tracey have the most incredible home! This is by far the most wonderful airbnb I've experienced. My colleague and I stayed here on a work trip twice and would go back in a heartbeat. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and all the details make you feel relaxed and completely comfortable. Beyond the beautiful, peaceful space, Tracey and Tonja are wonderful hosts -- warm, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. I truly can't wait to go back! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience!

This place feels like home. It’s literally a place to visit like a museum the building the furnitures and everything is so cool and insane. We went to celebrate new years in NYC and we stayed at this amazing place for 2 nights which we regretted about we wanted to say more. The hosts were so nice, friendly and welcoming. It was really nice meeting them . We definitely recommend this place friends and families. Thanks so much.

Stayed here for five days and it was amazing! I felt right at home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Ron was amazing and even let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in New York ( Brooklyn) with Allen and Ann! They were incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. Their home was comfortable, and they made sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciated their hospitality and kindness. Can’t wait to visit again!

I’ve been thinking about writing this review since the moment I checked into Tracey and Tonja’s BNB. Let me say, this has been by far the best experience I have had via Airbnb and I am very grateful. This is the charm and hospitality staying at a bnb used to have before it became the capitalist, money hungry system it now has become. Tonja and Tracey as such kind and beautiful people. They were beyond hospitable; explained the property and gave me a tour upon arrival, always available if I needed them, and had an incredible energy to match their charming home. The place is so beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! From the cozy library, to the meditation room, to the suites - everything is perfectly decorated and curated to provide you an atmosphere of peace. My favorite was the soak tub which I was in desperate need of after a stressful few weeks of travel. This was the most perfect place to recharge as a part of my new year self care rituals. I will definitely be back soon.
