Charming home in the countryside

This farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Anjou. Winemakers and village five minutes away. You can enjoy the Puy-du-Fou 55 minutes away, the Futuroscope is 1 hour 20 minutes away, the first castles of the Loire are 30 minutes away, the organic gifted park in Anjou 20 minutes, karting seven minutes, valley park 10 minutes, canoeing, cycling, walking paths... You can pick up the eggs from the chicken coop and feed the chickens. Our horses are close to the house. Animals allowed so well-behaved!

This large, peaceful studio offers a relaxing family stay. The main room opens onto: kitchen area, terrace, garden. It accommodates 4 travelers. In the large bedroom there is: king size bed, small desk, suitcase rack, wardrobe. In the living room there is a bunk bed, small garden furniture, etc. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. The owners living upstairs (they speak fluent english) are at your disposal and will be able to guide you on good deals in the surrounding area.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Food and drink available on site. just next to a lake where you can go fishing , walking or running, cycling, play ground for kids plus picnic table and other activities available. another lake is right behind us where you can go do some bird watching in a middle of quite country side just a step away from the chateaux de la Loire, 20 min away from the zoo bio parc de doué la Fontaine, vineyard where you can have wine testing.

Very nice house of 145 m2 completely renovated on one level with its courtyard of 400 m2 closed in the troglodyte rock village.
