Beautiful "Vignerone" at the feet of Sancerre !

Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Nice little house with garden

House of 80 m2 in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. As an annex to my main house, it sometimes accommodates my big children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 BZ sofa in the living room), has reserved parking. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.

Very quiet charming family house in a hamlet overlooking the Aumance Valley at the foot of a Romanesque church classified as a historical monument. Superb view of the valley and the countryside . Pretty private garden. Beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside or in the beautiful Troncais oak forest. Location for cars entrance and completely private house
