The place was so nice, just like the pictures and so clean and location is very convenient, near to super markets, pharmacy, metro and bus stations.. The host answers any questions very fast and is very kind. I loved this place.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

What a great resort with so much to do. The condo was spacious and very accommodating as well! We enjoyed it very much. Kani is very communicative as well.

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time taking a vacation for Christmas and the entire trip was phenomenal. The room was updated and looked much better than the pictures. There is a ton of things to do onsite and nearby. Rooms are assigned at check in. You really don’t have to leave the resort unless you just want to explore the surrounding area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. Andy was a fantastic host and was available as needed. We had an all-around excellent Christmas vacation for a great price!

What a great place right near everything DC has to offer! We walked to the White House, mall, restaurants, and all over town from this great location. The apartment is clean and communication was easy. This is a great place to stay if you want to be right near everything!

The place was clean, charming, beds comfortable and very walkable. Several coffee choices provided and a complimentary bottle of white wine, chilled and ready to sip and enjoy while you unpack and decompress from traveling. I would definitely book again.

I had a shorter stay at this place, but it was still perfect for my trip! The metro was super easy to get to and allowed me to get all over DC with no issues. The neighborhood was so nice and I felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice building that has many amenities and is very close to train station. We enjoyed the week visiting all of the sites DC has to offer.

Great place to stay! Very spacious and comfortable, and right down the street from the metro station. Martin is also very friendly and made the check in/check out process super easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very affordable and a great place for anyone looking to stay in d.c.

We stayed here for a weekend to attend my wife's a cappella group's 35th anniversary. The place was really wonderful, with a lovely sitting area and two beds with great quality linens. Despite being in the basement, we heard no noise during our stay. Anytime we needed to contact Yates she was easily accessible. There were snacks (granola bars, popcorn, etc.) and other amenities that go above and beyond other units we've stayed in in the past. Location was amazing with access to Barracks Road Shopping Center in walking distance and only about a mile from campus. Definitely an AirBNB we'll be looking to stay in again next time we head to C-Ville!
