Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Chesil Beach

We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at the old postoffice! Everything was as described and the location was perfect. Everything in Weymouth was easily walkable. Parking was tricky, but not impossible (also as described :)). We would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely fews days at Rachel's. The property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It has a very spacious layout inside and the dogs enjoyed the garden. Having the second shower downstairs was very handy, as we have two teenagers! Rachel was a very good and understanding host. I say understanding, as I accidently packed away the tv remote for the property and only realised when we got home. I have subsequently mailed it back....so sorry again! Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to be close to the Jurassic coast.

Fabulous country home walking distance to beach, pub and great hiking paths. Very cozy & warm. Our family loved our 3 nights and wished it was longer!

Thank you for a lovely stay. There were 5 adults, 4 kids and a baby, and it was perfect for us all. The children loved the play room and the adults loved the kitchen and the lounge and the bedrooms were cosy and spacious. The garden was also perfect for our 2 dogs. The location was fab - only 5 minutes walk from the beach and cafes. We would recommend it to anyone. Thank you 🥰

We had a great stay - the house was just as described and pictured in the photos. Very well equipped kitchen and stocked with the basics (dish soap, sponge, shower gel, etc.). Beds, including downstairs sofa bed, were very comfortable. The place was in a great location, convenient for walking to Sainsburys/Aldi and to the centre of Poole and Poole Quay. Great to have the private parking space. Hosts were very responsive to any questions/issues. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Di and Stephen’s house. The location is excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The heated pool is a huge bonus and our daughters absolutely loved it. They also loved the playground and spent many happy hours in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

A wonderful stay. Mike and Anna are the perfect hosts, I cannot fault their communication and help with settling us in. The accommodation is peaceful and serene with a stylish mix of old and new. We had a truly lovely stay, thank you x (Minor note, the track to access the property is narrow, steep and bumpy. Would suggest a 4x4. A lowered car may struggle. Hope that’s helpful and certainly not a criticism.)

A lovely quiet location 5 min walk to a beautiful quiet harbour beach and 5 mins drive to Hamworthy Beach. The beach hut is an amazing addition with all the extras inside ! The communication was top notch! The caravan was homely welcoming comfortable had everything and more you would need the games and books kept our three boys amused! Clean tidy and accommodating! We chose Jo's place as it was close to Charmouth (11 mins) and Lyme Regis (14 mins by car). Our 6 year old son wanted to go fossil hunting. We arrived at Jo's cottage and she was there to greet us. She is very friendly and welcoming as well as her lovely dog Ruby. Jo also provided us with a travel cot and a changing mat for our 3 month old baby boy too, which was helpful. Jo provided us with a wheel barrow to carry our belongings to the Duck House as it was a little walk round the cottage. It's cosy and had all we needed. Our son liked the children's room he slept in and enjoyed the toys/games provided. My partner and my son did go in the swimming pool, however it was cold for our baby to go into. Jo did provide some bread, home made marmalade (that was lovely), butter, jam and milk. There was no hot water when we woke but when we contacted Jo she was straight on it and sorted it before we went out for the day. We enjoyed our stay - Thank you Jo.

This was our second visit, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were warmly greeted, the annex was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxed, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Jo and Andrew ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect offering easy access to Branksome Woods to walk our dog and leads to the beach in 10 mins. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience.

Gill’s place was incredible! We had 16+ comfortably fit with lots of space in the main areas and loads of activities to do. The place was really clean and organised. We walked down the pub and was a lovely time. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family xx

Thank you Louise and Ian for a wonderful stay in your fabulous bungalow. We had everything we needed in a perfect location for seaside adventures and coastal walks. Your welcoming gifts of homemade scones and dog treats were delicious and your little touches including soaps and dog blankets made us feel right at home. We highly recommend a stay at the Bungalow.

The apartment is lovely and in the most perfect location, right on the harbour. There are loads of places to eat right on your doorstep. Can also walk to beach and shops easily. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time in Weymouth.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay over Easter weekend. Friendly and helpful welcome from Mark. The place is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It’s a convenient location to access the Jurassic Coast. We didn’t have time to explore the surrounding countryside, which was a shame as lovely area. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Appreciated the dressing table with mirror, near a plug socket - excellent! (Too few places have this). Our son slept well on the comfortable sofa bed - which was easy to set up. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The cottage is gorgeous and Virginie ensured we had everything we needed for a luxurious and cosy stay. The garden is perfect for a dog, and there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep!

Superb cottage with very good facilities set in a great location to explore and enjoy Dorset and the Jurassic coast. We would return again.

A lovely stay at Springwood, it was a nice home that was spacious, clean, safe and in a good location. Property was behind the residential address, but not too close that it felt imposing. A mixture of staying in as my son is preparing for his GCSE’s, and trying a few walks recommended in the welcome pack. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The dog friendly Three Legged Cross pub, which is in walking distance (15-20 minutes) is welcoming, we all had a lovely meal there one afternoon. Would definitely recommend staying here for the all round qualities it has to offer.

Utterly fantastic weekend for our family get away and celebrations - Fiona and Spencer couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Just a brilliant weekend which we’ll never forget. Best spot imaginable !
