Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chiavari

We spent a night at Daniele's place which is great the view is breathtaking Daniele is very nice she did everything to make our stay go smoothly! The breakfast served in the room in the morning is really great 👍

Great place to stay at the top of a hill in a picturesque place. The house with property was ideal for us, a little dark inside. Plenty of space and great was also the washing machine and wood pellet stove for fresh evenings. From here an hour to the Cinque Terre and a half hour to the outlet. For small issues, we immediately got help.

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

There were 2 of us with a toddler. It, s a great place to stay. In the winter there is a gas heater in the room to warm up. It is an old but completely newly renovated traditional stone house. It was really a very nice stay and we will definitely be back. You were immediately welcome in the village and the owner's mom invited us directly for a coffee. We have never been greeted so warmly. Thoughtful, welcoming, and well-equipped. Outside of lerici, which was positive for me to protect my barrel dog. But convenient to both the sea and the mountains. The most important thing is private parking because in the parking area it is very complicated

This time we were in Sori to work with beautiful views. The place was also ideal for a workation. With good internet and the most beautiful view, we had everything to be super productive.

Agnese exceeded our expectations! We had only booked 2 nights, but afterwards we would have wanted to stay much longer. Anything you need is present and you have a beautiful view: the location is perfect! In addition, Agnese responds quickly, she is extremely helpful and gives her nice tips!

For the second time, we spent our holidays in Scirocco: here we feel comfortable and at home. The apartment is beautifully and carefully decorated, the sea view beautiful, the pebble beach right around the corner the perfect play and retreat for the three of us. Nicoletta is a wonderful hostess who we loved winning. The highlight for our 5-year-old daughter is the visits of Nicoletta's cat :-) We are already looking forward to coming back to Boccadasse soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elisabetta's place in Genoa. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and was always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to explore the city. Elisabetta’s warmth and hospitality truly made our stay special. We felt completely at home and can’t recommend her place enough. Thank you, Elisabetta, for being such a fantastic host! We hope to come back soon!

The apartment has all the comforts, it is a stone's throw from the sea, the station and the center, equipped with various grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Free parking in front of the house, even if everything can be reached on foot. Thank you for your hospitality Lorella, we had a pleasant vacation!

First of all, Mauro was very kind and from the first moment available to every need of check-in and check-out times. The location of the house is perfect and is located in a strategic point to reach the center of Genoa, a short walk from the Old Port and various means of transport such as train or metro or bus. Everything was in the house, from clean towels to everything you need to cook, etc. I highly recommend it to everyone, for a comfortable and relaxing stay among the Genoese streets.

Ruth's apartment was amazing. The view is spectacular and the apartment itself is a stand out. It was quite beautiful with a very open feel and was supplied with all the necessities including her incredible travel guide. It rained during our stay and Ruth was so helpful with keeping us up to date with what was open and where to go. Ruth is an incredible host and very quick with communication. Even with the storm it was a magical experience and one I would love to repeat.

This apartment has the best of everything - convenient location, modern conveniences, comfortable living spaces, an authentic view, a lift and it is bright - which is important when traveling with an older person who doesn't see well. It's also all on one level which is nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book this space for a month or more. La Spezia was a wonderful place to home base for day trips. We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Fantastic experience. The support was very clean and well-kept. The breakfast was great and plentiful, both sweet and savory. The living room was very evocative. Fabiana the owner was very helpful, she gave us a lot of advice on the trails in the area and also very nice restaurants. Definitely an experience to redo

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

Roberto, Antonietta and their young son Francesco are a lovely family and outstanding hosts. There’s a warm welcome to make you feel right at home. They have carried out a beautiful renovation of this historic property. The family live on site on the top floor. Rooms are large with high frescoed ceilings. Breakfast is a delicious spread of freshly baked sweet treats. They offered great local tips. Excellent stay - highly recommended!

We were lucky to stay at Luciano’s beautiful b&b while enjoying Camogli. Luciano is a great host, very friendly, helpful and serving both an excellent breakfast in the garden and useful local recommendations. Will absolutely recommend staying here!

Incredible views, wonderful host and breakfast. We stayed three nights. Description is accurate regarding getting to the residence, but well worth the effort. Would definitely stay again.
