Waterfront holiday rentals in Chicalim

We have just returned from our 20 days stay in this great apartment 😊 It is centrally located in Candolim, just off the Fort Aguada Road, a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, with AC and 2 huge fans, one in the living area and one in the bedroom, which kept us cool throughout. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay, including microwave, toaster and kettle. There was plenty of bed lined and towels. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. There was also back up electricity. The photographs of the apartment are outdated – the kitchen / living area is open plan, which we loved. Not all of the furniture in the photographs was in the apartment (red couch in living area, 2 seats in bedroom), but that suited us as is created the feel of being more spacious. Santana was a great host 😊 Any queries were dealt with quickly, and he was proactive in checking on how we were. Thank you 😊

The house is located in prime location,near to Candolim beach,very peaceful society. It has a very big ,well maintained pool.Lush greenery surrounds the place.The house is very clean and was cleaned every day.All the amenties are provided.There's ample curtlery,you can even cook. The hall is very big ,perfect place to hangout with the group.Its located on ground floor.There's porch on two sides of th house,one with pool view which i loved

This Airbnb is a hidden gem. I am glad I booked this place for my short trip. Whether it's on the cleanliness aspect, the location to being easy to checkin and all the amenities within the house, it was too good and as well true :) The way you treat a house, it treats you the same too. Bonus, I loved the pool that this property had, after a very long day travelling it's always good to be surrounded by the bamboo trees, calming your nerves with a swim. Allys recommendations whether about local dishes or places or about two wheeler to cab drivers, they were perfect will definitely visit this place again

In a few words I would simply say that this place is peaceful. Its located in a small beautiful village. Just as you get outside your room you have a calming river to go relax by. Its close by to Mobor beach which is beautiful to say the least The rooms were perfectly clean The kitchen was fully equipped to make an entire meal Host was very helpful with giving me an early checkin If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place with a nice view This is for you

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

We reached out at Parth & Suril's property at Ashvem - 'Easy Breeze' and let me tell you it sticks true it's name!! As soon as we entered the property, we knew this is going to be special. The balcony has the most amazing view of lush green surrounded with Mango tree, Cashew tree, Palms, and a small chilli farm initiative taken up by the hosts. The essence of this home is it's cute looking decor that has an amazing affect on the overall charm of the place. The kitchen has all kinds of amenities and is surprisingly very spacious. The bedroom is pleasant with plenty of windows and enough sunlight to keep the room warm. But the best part is the balcony. Facing towards the East you can witness the Sunrise and the Moonrise. We were lucky to stay during the Full Moon night and was awe struck with it's beauty right at the comfort of this beautiful property. It's a shame that we couldn't extend our stay but we will definitely be there for a month long stay soon!!! 🤠.

We had a wonderful stay at Allison's place. The home was exactly as described, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that went beyond our expectations. The complex itself is top-notch, with easy access to both the beach and the town. Before our arrival, Allison sent a helpful video outlining how to find the apartment and access it. Her communication was outstanding, and she even checked in with us via text throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Any small issues were addressed promptly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the apartment. We highly recommend this place.

The place is located at a very good place near the beach and the candolim street also the cleanliness maintained by the care taker is quite appreciable. Would recommend a must stay if you’re planning for a trip to candolim calumgate.

We had a lot of fun in this quaint place, easy to reach, a little far from beaches but close enough to good eateries around. South and north both are accessible from here. The house is super clean and very comfy . The only thing which was unexpected was the size of the pool. Looking forward to come back here sometime.

We had an amazing stay at Tarun’s penthouse! From the moment we arrived, Tarun was incredibly helpful and cooperative, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again
