Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

The place was as great. They had send the care taker on both days asking if any cleaning was needed. Will definitely book this place only for our next trip also.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was almost perfect in every possible way. It was located right next to the best sundowner (Purple Martini) in Goa. The sunsets look beautiful from the balcony and even better from the terrace. The house had all the listed amenities and it looks exactly as per the photos and description. The host was friendly, responsive and shared recommendations for good local attractions. We would look forward to coming back and staying here again in the near future.

Great Stay – Close to the Beach with All Amenities! We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining out very convenient. Parking was available, which made our trip even smoother. The host was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to any queries, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a lovely kitchen equipped with essential appliances like a toaster, washing machine, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Jay’s place was a great find. One of the best stays I’ve ever had at an AirBnB. And most of the credit goes to his attention to detail. He has thought of literally everything that a guest might need. I would love to stay at his place again if I’m ever in Vagator another time.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and made with care. One of the most special parts of the stay was being invited to visit the dog care center and joining a yoga session with Priti. She is such a lovely, thoughtful person who made us feel completely at home. This place is not only beautiful but also perfect if you’re looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy some mindful moments. The peaceful atmosphere and special energy made this a truly valuable and memorable experience. Can’t recommend it highly enough — thank you, Priti!

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

Had a fantastic stay at Flirty Flamingo !!! The home was clean comfortable and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The amenities were fantastic and made my stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Goa and would definitely stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay at Ritu’s terrace view studio apartment. This place is right behind Southern Deck & has easy access to Benaulim beach. This is my second time at Costas Montage & first time at Ritu’s place. Highly recommend this to even solo female travellers. Great community, well maintained & amazing surroundings too.

The house was beautiful. The surrounding was beatiful. I have never lived in such a beautiful penthouse. The day we were checking out from this place, we felt that we are leaving home behind. After living here I am already dreaming of having a house someday designed in a similar way. The sheets, the rooms were spotless. The support staff were great. If you go around full moon time, it’s a great sight to watch the sunrise, The moonrise were breathtaking.

The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again
