Chloe was very helpful. Quick to respond. The house was just as described. Was clean and breakfast was provided. Everything you need in the kitchen is available. Thanks for having us. We had a lovely stay.

Kate and Guy were always on hand & replied to messages straight away, so great communication & very chilled about everything. The house is beautiful, great set up & layout, perfect for kids & what we needed it for with a great local walkable pub. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Bramber Fox. The property has big airy rooms with all the equipment you could need. The house is kept in fantastic condition throughout. It was nice and warm our entire stay and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Plus the hot tub was amazing after a day out walking. The only downside we came across was we didn’t want to leave the property to go out for the day. We would thoroughly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. A big Thank you to Kate & Bob

We spent our family Christmas here for a treat and thoroughly loved it! Everything you need for making meals, including a festive one, and perfect arrangement of rooms for being social if you fancy or some quiet sitting-space. Lovely that bowls, treats and a towel were provided for the dog (the latter is often overlooked and makes it hard to keep your host’s home nice and clean, so I always take one). Thoroughly recommend!

One of the best AirB&Bs we have been to. Walking in, on a cold day, to a lovely warm house, with a fresh smelling candle, and flowers. What more could you want. There were so many lovely treats left at the property together with essentials, like milk and breakfast goodies. Good quality toiletry items also available to use. Lovely location near to canal path. Easy walk both into Chichester and along to Marina. Would certainly book again.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Caroline & Etienne’s Bay Tree Cottage, and our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Caroline was flexible to our work schedules for check-in, and also allowed us to check out later on the last day. Their home is immaculate, cosy and warm - with features that transported us back to the land of our neighbour at the end of the road - Jane Austin. The added touch of leaving breakfast supplies to begin our stay demonstrated true thoughtfulness and a familial sentiment, and the experience stands out as perhaps the best countryside adventure we’ve had so far through AirB&B. If you are looking for a place to stay to celebrate the 250 year anniversary of Jane Austin, or simply to enjoy a peaceful countryside getaway, look no further than Bay Tree Cottage - also just 30 minutes from Winchester. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Keely's. The apartment is just beautiful, with an amazing view to the sea. Keely and Julie were great hosts, very accommodating and understanding. Everything was very clean. Location was great for strolling along the beach and accessing downtown Ryde.

Lovely apartment close to all amenities. No parking outside but the public car park was 2 minutes away. Great area with lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and Anna left us a very nice bottle of wine! I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

Richard and Kate were great hosts, we had such a lovely time! The apartment is so cozy and clean and in a great location for walks, the station and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time away!

Marvellous flat right on the sea front. The view from the main room's bay window was wonderful. We could watch the tide go in and out and had a view of the pier. The flat's main room was large and the bedroom's comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Rachel had sorted a parking permit for us before we arrived and we easily found a place right outside the property. We didn't find the stairs a problem and being 2 floors up gave the lovely view of the beach! The property was within easy walk of the pier and the rest of Worthing. There were some nice cafes and restaurants on the street parallel. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Worthing.

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

We booked a stay at Kate's house as we were visiting family in the area. The house and garden are beautiful. Exactly as listed, perfectly appointed, lots of space for our family (2 adults and 2 teens) and plenty to keep the children occupied. We had some specific requests and Kate couldn't have done more to accommodate us, with speedy and welcoming responses. We would definitely love to stay again.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.
