Holiday rentals in Chichigalpa

Brittany was great to communicate with from the start, making everything easy. We weren’t sure what to expect in Miramar, but she provided all the essential details about the area. The untouched natural beaches, crystal-clear skies, and endless stars create a truly special atmosphere. The surf is incredible, and the beaches are even better. The beds were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for pure relaxation.

Beautiful, new beachfront property. This is the top floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and balcony. It was all very clean. The pool and patio below are shared with single rooms on the first floor. The home is nice and easy to find. There are not many restaurants nearby but Elisa’s cooking is delicious! There is no shade outside, and the sun is intense. Sunsets are incredible. It was hard to leave!

Our group of 12 (3 children) and adults really enjoyed our time at Jake’s! We spent the early morning in the center of Leon and then headed that way closer to check - in. Place was easy to find (if you are not from Nicaragua) we recommend you use location app Waze because Jakes place is marked there for easy find. The place is very clean and rooms offer all comforts- each have their own bathrooms and AC. The poo was perfect for the children and the place offers plenty outdoor showers to wash off the sand. There is a kitchenette attached to a bedroom (if you are renting the whole space) and a full kitchen for your use. They offer recommendations for restaurants but Ana, one of their staff, who we absolutely adored and was so nice and on it, ended up cooking for us. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we could have stayed for more than one night, but due to our schedule we were not able to. Access to water is phenomenal and almost flat with no rocks

We really enjoyed our stay at Holly's house. It's walking distance to the beach, a short drive into town, and very private. The yard has beautiful trees and foliage. We loved the house design, high ceilings, nice open kitchen/living floor plan, and plenty of kitchen prep space with all the necessities included. Also, the patio is a great outdoor hangout spot. Holly and John are very responsive and helpful, as are the caretakers, Marvin and Tania. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants to be close to the beach/boom and have a peaceful, private space.

Great place, great location for surf, perfect setup for our family of 4 with 2 small children. Communication was excellent and really appreciate all the help setting up local taxis and cook/groceries for our week - thank you!

Great low key place to get away from the crowds. Will was a great host. Always there when you needed anything. Hope to visit again when we come back!

We had a very nice stay at Casa Amarilla. Jacek’s instructions made it easy to find the house and the check-in was very uncomplicated. The house is super spacious and has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room, as well as two bedrooms and bathrooms. Despite the warm temperatures outside, the high ceilings and fans in the Casa kept it pleasantly cool. Otherwise, the outdoor shower provided a quick way to cool off. Our favourite place was the large terrace where we set up two hammocks to relax in. Casa Amarilla is also just a few minutes' walk from two surf spots, Coco Loco and Nahualapa Bay. Other surf spots can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this place. Perfect for anyone looking for a quieter spot to relax and surf. My experience was excellent, 10/10. The house is very nice, everything was perfectly tidy and clean. Also, it is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere is very cozy and the people who stay in the house were extremely friendly. We will definitely come back and recommend this place 100%.
