The guest apartment ( FULLY RENOVATED FINISHED BASEMENT) is an addition to our luxurious home. A 2 bedroom apartment with one king sized bed, Queen sized bed and a plush leather pull out sofa. Pool l table. Large in ground pool, 2 cabana beds, fire pit and dining table. Pool and gated backyard is exclusive to guests. We include netflix, hulu and hbo max. THE (HEATED) POOL IS OPENED IN MAY AND CLOSED LATE SEPTEMBER. The pool is cleaned daily in the morning. The pool is exclusive to guests.

Located off of Northampton St. this 2nd floor apartment is close to I-91, I-90 & 391 making for quick & easy travel! There is a beautiful park up the street including a playground, hiking trails and dog park. The Holyoke Mall is located nearby and there is a Walgreens 0.3 miles away. Free street parking. Enjoy your stay at my family orientated quiet and clean 2nd floor unit in the beautiful highlands of Holyoke. Great neighborhood with big beautiful old homes full of charm. 3 minutes to interstate 91 and a grocery. Close to Six Flags and all the colleges, Northampton and Amherst. Private second floor porch and parking on the street directly in front of the home. The host lives in the home in another unit. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with many conveniences nearby.

Tree Top Suite, cozy downtown apartment

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

Down town Florence Temperance Hall

Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door
