We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Delightfully well situated in rural area with stunning views and all we could need for simple charm. Cleilia (Angelo’s sister— he was away) was very helpful and available for questions and help finding the place. We were even given gifts ftheir mother made: a lovely little basket and pizzelli!!

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Very welcoming Host, a beautiful apartment matching the photo. It was a pleasure to stay at this place. I would recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Pescara.

Cinzia is a great hostess. She is friendly, communicative and interested in her guests. The well-insulated house with efficient heating is a real eye-catcher, because there are high ceilings, lots of glass in the living room and simple, elegant furnishings. The bathroom and bedroom are cozy and there are all the necessary items. Particularly great is the amount of storage space, which is created by the intelligent use of space and the use of sliding doors. Bathroom & kitchen were very clean. There is a separate children's room with bunk beds. In addition, Cinzia also pays attention to the sorting of the garbage and kindly points it out. Maps and flyers of a variety of local offers are also available. From the covered veranda, there is a great view of the valley and the mountains from beautiful armchairs. Here you can really relax. And the playful dog Rio puts the icing on the cake of the great stay! You can park the car under the roof.

This nice wee house - in a quiet village a bit inland from the coast - is comfortable and well-equipped. Paola is a great host who communicates well and makes you feel very welcome.

Guests are very friendly and available for every request. The apartment, located in the old city, is typical of the place, quiet, tidy, clean and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the stay here and the variety of nature hikes nearby.
