Excellent apartment, very nicely and comfortable. Fully equipped! At all times Aaron responded very quickly and gave solution to a couple of inquiries. We liked the area very much, super accessible and close to different subte lines.

The place was in a very quiet and pleasant place, had many amenities the building and the host always attentive to any needs.

The owner is very friendly, quick to respond, allowed to check in early. Apartment is very nice with a good view. It is clean and comfortable. Thank you very much, I recommend!

Our stay in this apartment was spectacular. Everything was very, but very equipped, from the kitchen to the smallest detail. Aspect to stand out, the fantastic mattresses, we really rest. The hosts were all exceptional (Roberto, Eli, Clau and Kaherine), their service was very complete and they were always available for any need, in addition to being attentive to our trip they gave us very valuable tourist information to get to know Santiago on our first visit. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

Comfortable, tidy and clean place. The very friendly reception, located in a safe neighborhood. We particularly used the stay since we were going to a Movistar concert which is a 15-minute walk away.

The house is beautiful in a very nice and quiet environment, special to rest. Very comfortable and clean beds. However, the toilet leaves a lot to be desired, especially for spider webs, long-standing. The dining chairs, do not have a solid seat ( the sponge is thin and you sit on uneven wood) The host is very friendly and courteous.

beautiful place, very quiet and pleasant ideal for a weekend disconnected from the city, without losing the comforts of home. Nice pool the only bad thing, to have vehicle ideally 4x4 since unpaved country road in winter would be difficult to arrive; many wasps in Sector of the pool.

The stay was perfect, ideal for the whole family. With pisicina y rejas para Seguridad. The house and the quincho have everything. Very quiet and close to the main square, 5 minutes drive. Carmen and her family are very hospitable and friendly. Attentive to everything you may need. We would definitely come back.

Our entire stay was excellent, the environment nice, safe and very entertaining for the kids . Just mention that to get there it was complex , the maps takes to another location

Very good place, where everything is quiet. Super friendly neighbors, and it's not as far from the beach as it looks. 5 min drive and 30 minutes walking to the campsite. Very good host with an excellent disposition. We run out of gas and I replenished it in the 30 minutes!😱 100/10

The summer rent in Puerto Varas was a wonderful experience for my dad and my 5 brothers. The house was spacious enough to welcome them all comfortably, with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom that facilitated their stay. Located at a walkable distance of 10-15 minutes from downtown Puerto Varas, it allowed them to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. My family is grateful for the attentions and concerns of Ricardo, our friendly host, who made our stay even more special.

It is a very cozy, quiet place, has wonderful views of the lagoon, the forest, it is the same as the photos, easily accessible. It has everything to rest and enjoy the best vacations. It's great the pool, the lagoon, walking through the trekking area. The luxury host, was always available and attentive. The beds and sofa very comfortable, excellent service, happy we would return ☺️

Beautifully decorated three story condo with a view of the ocean. It's on the hill next to the hills where where tourists usually stay and makes for a neat neighborhood experience that is still very walkable to a lot of sites and restaurants. The host was very responsive when we had some trouble with hot water and fixed the issue promptly. They also were very flexible when we arrived late to transfer the keys. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The depto perfectly complied with what was offered by the page. The host was always worried about our arrival, as well as at the time of check out he also cared about visiting us and having a nice conversation. Even, having problems with one of the phones with the low internet signal (movistar) offered me at no cost a portable router for Wi-Fi. It should indicate that I was informed that the apartment did not have a Wi-Fi connection. Fully recendable as a host.

Good hospitality from the owner, she makes you feel at home, she always helps you with everything if you have any questions, I hope to come back there☺️
