Very well located at the Petit Port in Annecy. It's all about walking or cycling. Very nice apartment (heating a little just in the winter). Very well equipped kitchen.

Great first stay in the Tiny House. The place was clean when we arrived, true to photos. Very nice environment, close to the river Ain, relatively quiet despite the proximity to parking. Yann is very friendly and responsive. We recommend a dinner at the restaurant "Le Carbet" located directly opposite, great atmosphere, very nice shaded terrace and delicious dishes. The house is very nice and the living room spacious. The rooms are good and the beds comfortable. The outdoor area is also very welcoming, it is a small oasis in the middle of the city. Since the house was not occupied before, we were allowed to check in earlier, which we greatly appreciated. Faiza was always very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Conclusion: A great house for special occasions!

Marla is very friendly and welcoming. We spent 3 very pleasant days in her very functional and very clean accommodation. The environment is very quiet. The accessibility of the lake and the city center on foot is a real plus. Thanks again for everything.
