Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. Spectacular view over rolling countryside from the upstairs sitting room at Gable View Cottage is one of the best in Bourton on the Water - surrounded by fields yet only a short easy walk into the village. This unique and spacious upside down one bedroom bolthole has lots of walks on the doorstep, a wide variety of great places to eat, sightseeing and friendly pubs. Well behaved dog welcome. Car parking with EV charger - easy to use via QR code. Outside table and seating with gas BBQ.

The cottage is situated on a private estate with complete solitude in 15 acres of orchards and fields. Guests are able to use our indoor swimming pool and hot tub at no charge. This is on the left of our family house 2 minutes walk from the cottage The 2 floor cottage has recently been fully renovated and you will find it to be warm, welcoming and decorated and furnished beautifully with full SKY TV, SKY Movies and Netflix available. IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax

Quintessential English country cottage

Under an hour from London, located on top of a hill, the cottage has magic views over surrounding fields. With footpaths from the door, the options for walks are endless - 3 castles & 7 pubs within an hours walk (the closest, is just 15 minutes walk across the field). The cottage itself is set in lovely gardens with plenty of outdoor spaces (including a fire pit) and inside I have used a lot of warm neutrals to create a relaxing cosy cottage
